Stupidest people in the free world. They never get get it right, they never received the fax, they never got the call, they have to order it. Me: "but, dude, I was on the phone with you three days ago and you said you were ordering it then!" He: "no, that wasnt me" Me: "is your name R----" ? He "yeah, and Im the only one with that name who works here." Me: "you dont remember we chatted about ________and________ and you said your cousin was _________? He" Oh,, Yeah!" Me: "right! So you said when you hing up you were going to oder this right away.....that was three days ago." At this point the guy walks away from the window and after fo ur minutes,.another clerk comes up and says r----had to take his mandatory break and offered to start the order, which would require a full pre payment. Drive. Gas.

Pat is very friendly and a nice person. She is very helpful and fun to talk to. I go to Walgreens to see a smiling happy face, Pat knows customer service. I worked retail for many years when younger and hated every minute of it. Fortunately I worked in a store in my neighborhood and made the job tolerable because of the fun customers and friends I grew up with. It is a hard and thankless job. Pat does a great job making her customers feel appreciated and needed.

Not a lot of cool groceries to buy. No fresh veggies and groceries to buy. Not a lot of variety of products. Kind of pricey and you cant save a lot of money there. Not a lot of discounts and promotions there. I buy some meds there like fish oil or nicotine gum for my dad there. Not a professional, just some guy with an opinion.

I transferred a prescription to this pharmacy, they argued with me 5 times over the phone, that they never sent it to them, even though I received confirmation from my home pharmacy several times, HOW HARD IS IT? Who are you hiring to work in your pharmacies Walgreens? Pharm school rejects perhaps?

The manager Fatima or whatever her name is the worst judgemental person for she falsely accused me of shoplifting. I am so upset because I have been a paying customer since they have opened there doors. With that said i will be taking my business else where. This isnt over Mrs Fatima

The staff here doesnt know what customer service means. Their speech is ghetto as if the staff is talking to me like we are on the street and not in a professional environment. Walgreens needs to hire educated people, who can speak and conduct themselves in a mature manner.
