Went on the night of 05/26/16 to use the photo center kiosks to print ONE picture. 9pm very few customers coming in and at least 3-4 employees around. In and out right? Im sitting there working on one kiosk for 30minutes when I ask an employee for assistance. He says "oh it hasnt been working all day" and walks back towards cash register. A sign on the kiosk or a "hey it doesnt work" wouldve been nice. So I use the other kiosk. Sitting there 15-20minutes when I ask John, shift supervisor, whos a few feet away from me for help. Hes rude, doesnt want to be bothered to help, says "dont know what to tell you, Ive only been here a week, theres always a network/signal issue" & resumes stocking candy on a shelf. No apology no customer service skills at all. What a great manager. Sees me sitting 3feet away from him struggling on the two kiosks that do not work and becomes upset when asked for assistance from a customer. Waste of 45minutes, but more frustrating, horrible customer service. This CVS may be less than a mile from my house but because of the customer service and regular homeless individuals standing outside the store, I rather drive to another store.

This became my new pharmacy when we changed insurance this year. For the most part, the pharmacy is pretty good. They do an automated call when your script is ready and it usually takes about 1-2 hours from the time by doctor sends it to when its ready to be picked up. Once I had them change the name brand script to the generic script and they did it in about 5 mins so pretty quick. When I have gotten a consolation the person had to go ask somebody else which seemed super sketchy but I dont usually need a consolation so idk. The store itself is pretty clean but I dont really shop there unless its something I need when I grab my prescription. Prices are hit or miss depending on what you need. Theres almost always homeless people outside asking for money or people just loitering which can make you uncomfortable and the non pharmacy cashiers are hit or miss if they are cheerful or hating that they have to work. Overall since I just use the pharmacy it works but not a great place.

very poor latley, long waiting lines. today got an inhalor multidose for asthma, I am 74, hopped up on steroids from the ER and cant fricken figure out the dosage, I can grossly overdose or underdose lending me back to the ER. Print on aluminum packets way to smal to read. this is serious risky medicine, so you would think the pharmacist would explain dosing in each ampule...3mlin each vial or in each packet? No , no offer to consult..... dangerous.......and unlawfull

I purchased lots of hair care products here and some of the conditioner was acting like water compared to the other bottles I tried to return the watery ones and I was treated like I did something wrong!!! I had my reciept n everything they refused my exchange or to return the money my products were17$ each I had four of them I had problems with the other 6 bottles were fine. I hate this store I will never ever. Buy cvs again . Manager was hella rude

We were on hold for over 40 minutes to call a prescription in. On top of that, they lost our prescription and called us back to get it. Our patient did NOT have his prescription for his appointment. Poor service and awful wait time. The person who called us back blamed us to the patient and said we didnt leave the message properly, even though we spoke with a person.

Went in to turn in a prescription explained my horrible tooth pain... Not only did they fill it in a hour but got recommended night quill to help aid the sleep process and kill pain also got a discount on my pain killers with my card :) Im a fan and will shop here more

Pi$$ poor customer service! Young female who i dealt with needs to learn how to deal wirh high volume times and learn to multitask. Avoid this pharmacy and drive a few extra miles so youre treated a bit better, I guess you cant expect much from a CVS.
