These people are horrible and rude and have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I ordered a hydro flask bottle on Ebay for my daughters 13th birthday and it was very expensive but she really wanted it. Being a single mother it was expensive for me. I did not remember if I had ordered it from Amazon or Ebay because I never got an email confirmation. After a month of waiting for it I called and they told me that they mailed it. I never received it and they said too bad, its not our fault because the postman delivered it. Living in an apartment I have no idea what happened to it, but I did not get it. You think they would have insurance for this and send me what I paid for. They then threatened me with emails saying that if I made a claim with my credit card company they would get me for fraud. They then sent me email after email saying it was my fault and I didnt even know who I ordered it from. Very insulting emails. The only thing I wanted was the item I paid for and did not receive. They refused to make it right in anyway and are continuing to send me rude and insulting, bullying emails. I think anyone would be upset in this situation. I feel very mistreated and ripped off. This is the rudest and non caring company I have ever dealt with. I tried to explain to them what happened and they didnt care a bit. SO I have now paid $51.00 for a water bottle that I didnt even get.

Worst purchasing experience of my life. The site wouldnt work- kept saying "try again". So I did- they ended up charging me multiple times. When I called they said "we have no record of completed purchases" so therefore, they wouldnt refund my purchase. They argued with me for an hour saying it was my banks fault. They said they have 30 people working and thousands of transactions every day and this never happens Eventually I received an email saying they could of had an error and are looking into and contacting paypal. To this day- Ive still be charged, received no clubs, and no reimbursement. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Its a ma and pa shop that have no clue what they are doing.

I recently purchased a few Puma golf belts from Golfio on eBay, unfortunately when I checked out, the eBay checkout process did not apply the discount so I contacted Golfio via email to let them know about the situation and within a few hours I received a reply letting me know that they refunded my PayPal account 2.5x the discount that I qualified for... Excellent customer service and very fast shipping..... and these Puma belts are wonderful and exactly as described in the eBay listing... I will definitely purchase from Golfio again...

Golfio is a great company to deal with and they are very accommodating. The shoes I ordered were too small for me and they were happy to exchange them for a larger pair. I will be doing business with them more in the future. A+++++.
