This store is the best Big 5 around. The value and the excellent customer service is top notch. Which is why Ive been shopping here for over 10 yrs. I recently purchased several pairs of high quality "non-brand name" running shoes that I have bought before for pennies on the dollar. Shoes that I get well over 100 miles running on (yes, I keep track) These shoes last longer than Adidas, Saucony or Nike,..shoes I used to purchase. The staff at Big 5 suggested this off brand a few years ago and I couldnt be happier. If youve never been to this location and want some good old-fashion customer service (which now appears to be extinct) then you might want to give them a try. You wont be disappointed!

Nice location that Ive been going to throughout my life thus far. Friendly staff, wide selection, and organized store. My only gripe is that they have an issue with labelling. Lots of times youll find product with no prices by it, or product with obviously wrong labels. However, a simple question fixes that.

I made a purchase and unfortunately I found there was missing parts in the box. I returned the next day and the cashier made the transaction very simple. She just had me go grab another one and checked at the counter to ensure all parts were there.
