For most of the year, theyre not busy. But during the summer months, they are unusually busy just like all the other places around this area. They have an okay selection during the summer months for most of the things the masses are into or want to get into, but then the selection gets really limited after the busy months from tourists are over. Customer service is just okay, although they do step it up when theyre busy. Its a pretty large store, but kind of in a sketchy part of town. Its not super bad, its just not a pretty area. Theres a really terrible, awful bar behind it (I suggest to stay away from that) and a dollar store a few doors down. People seem nice, it just might look a little intimidating to some people at first. And anyway, its the only sports store in the area so you might not have a choice unless you wanna hop on the freeway and take your chances sitting in traffic.

This place is run by teenagers thats all big5 can hire to work there. You ask for help and they are too busy talking to each other messing around. I gone to the store several times to buy shoes they have "on sale" and they always tell me they dont have the shoes. If you looking for a sporting goods place this is the wrong place. Go to sports authority or Dicks.

Ive been in the store several times. They have always been very helpful. Just bought a shotgun and the sales people were very efficient helping two of us at the same time (doing background checks ect.) Much better then one in Lake Forest>

This store is great. To the person who wrote "The phone number is wrong"....dont write a bad review about the store you moron. You can report a wrong number through google. Its not the stores fault. Dumbass people...

Good deals. I just have an issue with the mess they leave in the alley with their boxes. There dumpster is 100% empty. So the wind picks up or homless tweeks make more messes.
