They have everything from A-Z here at this store that you would need for Golf..I just didnt care on how i was treated..Never been there before...Got there early for a celebrity signing--Which i was the first in line..( Which u would think would give you better priority in line) It did not...If anything i was used as a marker to end the 45 min signing...1 autograph per person...i listened...10 person after me kicks off the 2-3 items signed..An soo does everyone else after him..When i got up to da front again..( Cause they daid--1 autograph per person---But u can get back in line---Soo i did so...Only to be stopped by this 1 man up front--Who all of a sudden--Starts to give me a complex..Stating..Ihh..You already went thru the line..I said..Yea..cuz u said WE can get back in line...He leaned over To BRIAN URLACHER ( Special Celebrity Guest) An continued the signing..But still watching on how many items I HAD to get signed..Staying w my 1 item...I saw after..He was still signing...So i got in line 1 more time...When i got up to the front...The same man ...Stops the line on me again...Doing hand motions ...Stating..Ohhh nooo noo noo no...Brians going to be done here signing an you made it through yhe line already a couple of times..I said..Yea first of all cause you said we could..Second..Then you better tell that too everyone behind me then cause they too have gone thru a couple of times...He leaned over to Brian Urlacher again..Said Something in his ear...Brian Urlacher looked up ..Turned around..And walkd away...HORRIBLE!!!!...Cant even say thats it??!!..Or Goodbye..Thank you ??..Just left all the people standing there in line..like cattle..To wonder what to do next??..leave??..We werent sure...A VERRY BAD EXPERIENCE..Was told MANY things by Management an Store employees on how the event would unravel...Not 1 part of anything of anyone that was said to me was true...Soo..Yea..Becareful comin here...P.S. it took me 2-3 hrs jus to get to this place from the San Fernando Valley--Soo i can be treated like this...I WONT be back...Sorry.

Great Customer Service!!! Great Customer Service I was there earlier on behalf of my husband who thinks that I ran over his chipping net with our trash bin - which I didnt. Jeff helped me with my situation. He looked at the net and showed where I can find it. Felt like he really cares even I looked like I dont know what I am doing there. I also want to thank the other guy (I didnt catch his name - seems like his supervisor) who oked the whole thing. Even I was embarrassed going in the store with a trash bag (its the only bag that the chipping net will fit) and with my situation. I felt that I was heard and I was helped with these guys. Thanks a lot! I also called in the morning and was told that they dont repair that just golf clubs ... that is understood. But I took a chance and went to the store anyways. Boy, am I glad!

Outstanding inventory on golf supplies however customer service especially at the front desk has a long way to go as far as being courteous and friendly towards their customers in the many times that Ive been there Ive always had to look for the stuff myself and make my own judgements on the supplies that I bought they need to go and learn how to be a more service and friendly towards their customers believe me the only reason I go to that Rodger Dunn Superstore in Santa Ana is because they have a very good inventory on stuff for free good price but the staff not the friendliest in the world and not the most helpful wish they could improve on that

Great golf store... New and better yet, used equipment at affordable pricing... They even give store credit for clubs and equipment you no longer need... I really enjoy this store because good experience and customer service... The bad part is its right off the freeway, so if a vehicle can penetrate the freeway wall and store then it could be catastrophic, but really this would likely never happen

This place is a jewel. The equipment is top notch, lots of it pre-owned and well priced. Also have an inside driving range to get a feel for the equipment you may want to purchase. The helpful staff is what makes this place special too, they will go out of their way to help in every way. If you have time ask for Bic the club specialist.

I was there for over an hour and no one even said hi to me let alone help me with anything. I hit a few drivers I hit a few different iron sets and I even tried out a few different putters and still no one offered any help. The store is great but apparently the assistance isnt the greatest. Im not mad... Just disappointed.

The highs and the lows here are pretty drastic. The highs: great selection of product, reasonable prices, great putting and driving areas to test out product The lows: Customer service here is horrid, most of the staff wont bother to ask if you need help finding anything, let alone follow up if you ask them for help.

Really the best golf shop around. Not super organized, but, sometimes hard to find what youre looking for, but based on their business model and what golfers need, I think they nailed it! I use them all Golfsmith, PGA SuperStore, online.. but the 25 minute drive to this store is worth the extra effort.

This place is huge! Staff was friendly and I got a lot of help from Benny Santa Maria. I went in to buy a driver and Benny helped me choose one and helped me with my swing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the many things I was doing wrong. Thank you

Getting help required a search and rescue team to find a happy employee. Great selection and options makes this one of the best stores, if you know what you want already. Im relatively new and needed help... Not their strong point.

I love how they give you full credit for the clubs you buy there in case you are not satisfied with your clubs. No restocking fee. They also have screen golfing to test out the demo clubs. Great place to get all your golfing needs!

It was good. I had a Sandy regriped, bought a used Ping Sandy to complete my bag of ping clubs ($5 off additional), bought 2 boxes of Yellow balls: got help selecting club and balls. Paid for my stuff after waiting my turn. Ok

Best experience! Byron hand picked each club to fit my swing. Never once made me feel stupid! Extremely rare to meet someone who takes pride in their work. Going back tomorrow!
