The people that run this place have been a joke for quote some time. You get your product for free then overcharge your clientele. Your management is not very good at all and more than likely wouldnt keep their job if they worked anywhere else. You do have good people from time to time but drive them to the point they no longer care. Way to go Goodwill you just lost a customer, but you dont care at all just as long as it doesnt effect the status quo.

I have been to Goodwills in NV and IL that were great places, but not this one. Terrible, unorganized and the prices are high. Normally clothes are priced by brand name but not here every pair of jeans is 9.99, whether its a good brand worth that price or not. Also things are usually separated by color and size but not here.

prices to high. i have gone in and seen things for more then they are new. hello you get it for free and your supposed to be there to help people that cant afford new things.its not just vacaville it all of them.

Im really not impressed with the Vacaville Goodwill. The prices are too high for a thrift store. It seems like they get donations often too. I dont get it.

Great service. High prices. Very hard to figure out what is on sale and what is not. Also very limited days for senior discount.

I went here to drop off some extra furneture and clothes. They no longer take furneture. But the folks were friendly and helpful

Goodwill, put some people to work that you train and organize the clothing in size order, instead of over paying the CEO.

Didnt find much. Kinda pricey... Can get new clothes at ross or burlington for cheaper.
