I understand property values are prohibitively high at this location. I was happy to have a thrift store near Dads nursing home. Coat hangers could be purchased next door. But selection is smaller than typical for Goodwill. Prices were a bit high, as required to break even. The place is mobbed, lines were long. A high-end Onkyo stereo I purchased looked nice. Alas it was cleaned externally, which concealed the fact a soda pop spilled into it and corroded a ribbon cable and probably more. I could have taken it back but traffic is a zoo in that area. My own aversion to driving back there is mostly to blame for my ending up stuck with a dud that cost me $50 bucks. All Goodwill stores are uniformly good by my estimate. This was sub par but appropriately so, necessitated by high land prices. It skews all local value propositions for the worst.

This store is just okay, and customer service was okay, as well... I was around town, so I decided to check it out and see what I could find. I found that most of their items were overly priced, especially the womens shoes... I did end up buying a set in home goods, and noticed that their prices were different for each item, so watch out for their tags if youre buying sets/same items. I let the cashier know about it when I was ready to check-out, and he gave it to me for the lowest marked price. I give this place two stars because I did end up finding a few nice things, but I wouldnt make my way out over here to buy used goods. I know other cheaper Goodwills with more variety.

Walked into the store and it felt really crowded, and scattered. Selection is pretty decent, but the store is difficult to navigate. I was looking for some toys to work a stop motion animation project, and the prices were all a little on the steep side. Was also looking for a pot and pan to go into my Camper, and the same thing. Decided to go to Walmart instead and pay the extra dollar or two for new kitchenware. I gave it three stars instead of two because as I mentioned before, the selection is great. I would have given it four stars, but the pricing is a little much. Overall... if youre a thrift shop treasure hunter, this is a pretty cool little spot to dig around.

The prices at this place seem to be inflated for certain items. I bought two Grolsch bottls at 2.99. I found the same bottles on line that are brand new for 2.75/ea. Another example was a simple poster in an aluminum frame that was brass plated or other gold-like plating that sold for $30. The poster was nice because of its content relevance to me, but the price did not reflect goodwill, I thought. Its not right to inflate prices up to market value when they are used items.

All I can say is score! Citizens of humanity jeans for 20 bucks and hudson jeans for 8... now that was a steal!!! However I recommend grabbing something even if you are only thinking of it. I had my Hudson jeans and gave them to my husband to hold. And this lady tried ask me for them and I said no Im keeping them and then she tries to go to my husband and get them and I see her walking toward him and say to him "honey dont put down my items" and she walks away.

Overall reasonably priced. Lots of name brand childrens items new with tags though not organized at all. While they have higher end items available and name brand products throughout every dept, the mark ups are inconsistent e(.g. $30 pair of shoes from Old Navy, $1.75 for a new swim suit top with tag from Target, $5 J. Crew bag, and $40 Toms???) Good finds overall but parking is limited so go early or midweek if you can swing it.

Good selection from clothes to housewares to furniture. Staff is often plentiful and friendly. The store layout is large and the stock is well maintained. The -1 star is for parking and the donation center. Theyre doing their best there, but its so hard to park safely and make a timely donation. But, the people who work it move pretty fast and write up your receipt quickly.

Limited parking and the donation area pretty much blocks one of their drive ways. Note that donation hours are different that store hours and its possible that they will run out of space to accept donations before the end of the day: Monday - Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM

While they did have a lot of good quality clothing and things, around this time of Halloween there were a lot of people taking their kids to buy their costumes, of which, there were a huge assortment of for reasonable prices. Watch out as their parking lot is small niche area.

I like going to this Goodwill in Palo Alto, the store is bigger and you find everything very neat compared to other stores. The clothes are all color coordinated so it makes it easy to find shirts, pants etc.. The employees there are friendly and welcoming. I love coming here.

Every time I have walked into this store you just dont realize what you could possibly find there if you can think it they probably have it and affordable price I would recommend this goodwill to everybody to all and everybody out of San Francisco because this one is the best

The prices are pretty high and the stock is very poorly organized. There dont seem to be any mens sweaters. Today I bought a 40R jacket that was labeled XL, and found a trailer hitch among the metal kitchenware. They have lots of stuff, but best to go elsewhere.

Product was disorganized and everywhere. Nothing was neatly stocked and presentable, it looked like everything was thrown away. On the flip side parking was adequate and easy to enter. Prices are a little on the higher side than what Im used to seeing.

Horrible staff attitude. I think goodwill is officially a business more than an entity whose primary goal must be goodwill. They rejected to accept a few nice pieces I was planning to give away. Their reason is that they dont have space for it. What?

Its fine. Usually visit the Sunnyvale locations, but Mom was in town and wanted to see this one. Seemed more cramped than the others? Not sure, but it did seem like people had to squeeze by each other more often. Parking, like the others, difficult.

The clothes were in good shape, and there were lots of brand names, but they allow only 3 days for returns, and only for exchange or store credit. And there are no carts, only hand baskets.

Its a small store but they get some nice donations. Sometimes a little pricey, but mostly reasonable. The staff are great. Hands down, this is my favorite thrift store.

Cost me 50 bucks for an Xbox 360 that doesnt even work. They didnt even test it before putting it up for sale, and they wont give me my money back I have to exchange it
