Honestly I dont posting these types of reviews but they deserve it they are over priced big time and are not willing to work with you at all plus they have a new business card that says if you buy two used games your first visit you get the third free well I bought 2 Nintendo 64 games under 20 dollars and pointed out the card when I check out the guy told me no that on your next visit I was like I believe it says first visit on here but he went ahead and charged me for the two games and didnt give me the third for free Ill take my business someplace else pixel vault on Holt ave never does me wrong the only reason they get 2 stars is because it was very organized.

The owner is very cheap. He is very quick to badmouth items you bring in to sell and when you point out flaws in his items they arent an issue. Something that would dramatically decrease the value of your item is not a big deal at all when it comes to his items with damages or cosmetic flaws. His prices are outrageous and he has no idea how to treat customers. And let me respond to the owners comments. This is for the upland location. NOT Victorville. Upland is the worst location Ive ever been to. Id gladly shop at gamestop cause at least there i get treated with respect.

Extremely over priced above retail value. Guy that worked there told me he deliberately jacks up the prices on items so they dont sell just to say he has the stock and to get people to come in looking for it. He says hell cut you a deal but all hes doing is bringing down the prices of highly overpriced games so you still end up paying more than retail for everything. Waste of time. Horrible way to treat people.

I needed a replacement battery for my gameboy. Most places online were back ordered or not in stock. This place had plenty. Very helpful and had pretty much anything retro gaming u could want. Prices are kinda high but great customer service is great!

This place very over priced. Vibe is obnoxious. Its almost like they are against customers browsing their selection. They arent about games more so the money behind retro gaming. Selection is decent but GameStop at least is decent compared to this

Mike and Matt the owners are cool. Ive been going here for years. Its nice that there is still an independent video game store still open. They have all the old classic stuff. Be prepared to pay more here though.

used to be really good place to go to, now they are overpriced, and ripoff people who arent experienced games or people who know their tech. if you are considering buying a game console go somewhere else.
