I got a PSV game and it would crash my console every time , never had the problem before , i knew it was the game , all they offered was to trade it for the exact same game, they where very difficult to reason with. I ended up going to the one in the Galleria Tyler Mall the associates where much younger but surprisingly much more reasonable and helpfull, they even gave me the difference in a gift card after the exchange!

Very rude and not there for the gamers. Just need to do a few updates on my xbox1 Internet at the motel Im at wont work with it. Was at another gamestop and said that they have to if you bring it to them and need a update. Guess its just who you work with and folks who actually understand their job and what they do.

I bought my ps4 from them & was satisfied w/ the gamers who worked there. They have almost everything in except the camera eye. I was gonna order it, but from that store, it takes longer for it to come in, cuz they dont sell them fast enough.......

It says closing hours today are until 8:00 p.m. i arrived at 7:12 lights off, gated and locked door. What kind of bullshit is that? I drove to the one off Tyler & Magnolia arrive at 7:30 and lights are on doors are open.
