I called and asked if they still take XBOX 360s for store credit. The man on the phone told me yeah no problem just bring it here and well take a look at it. I went there, waited in line for more than 10 minutes, and when I got up to the counter the employee told me to wait because that would take a while and he needs to help the customers behind me in line beacause that would be faster. So I waited a few more minutes and after more people started showing up, I walked out. It doesnt really fit with good business practices to tell someone who has already waited patiently in line to wait longer because other customers are more convenient for him. I will never go back to this trainwreck of a business again, unless I feel the urge to waste my life away. Heres some critical thinking: if you know youre under staffed, dont tell me on the phone to bring in something you cant commit to handle. Tell me to come on a different day or later In the day. Problem solved

Growing up in the 80s my dad got me and my big sister the original ninentend with just super mario brothers, and duck hunt!! Those we the days and it really became something my dad and I did together every night cuz my sister was just too cool for video game. Then every version since he would buy the new systems including n 64 game cube ect.then my parents divorced and gaming took a way back seat. When the handheld Ds came out my love rekindled and I had very Handheld from original to color to now the 3DS XL and now the Cool space version. Im in love and wont let my Nintendo ebeorske a back. Seat again and GMe stop is definitely the only game shop Ill ever go to Im loyal through an through! Loey

I no longer shop at Gamestop because of this store. I used to shop at this location with my family for over six years because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recently when I walk in it is only girls working there that do not know what they are selling at all. However they do push sales and lie to you like a used car salesman. This makes me very uncomfortable having to say "no thanks" over ten times in one transaction.

This place used to be cool. Dont know if theyve gone through a change in management but this location sucks now. I used to come here because the store right by my house sucked and I would drive out of my way just to bring them my business. Guess I gotta find another gamestop. Very poor customer service.

This is my home store and is also the regional/district home store. They tend to have good inventory, but since theyve recently closed the next three closest GS stores in my area, the lines can get long and service can suffer. I highly recommend the El Toro store as an alternate when in that area.

Lucas was great, knowledgeable & friendly. Acknowledged customers right as they walked in & answered the phone promptly (maintaining the store solo with calm composure!) He helped us select games for our nephews 10th birthday. All in all a great experience.

Very good customer service. They went way and above what they needed to do. Did a pre order and employee over heard it was for my sons birthday and made something for me to wrap, so it was special for him. Very thoughtful and will only shop at this Gamesto

Just wanted to buy a steam card and leave. Waited over 10 mins for their 6 employees standing around to ring me up as they screwed around with each other. I left and bought it at cvs instead. Sale lost plus i wont be returning. Good job.

Im not a big fan of GameStop in general. But I came here to pick up Madden and to look around. The guy who was there was very friendly and fun to talk to but the store was busy and he was the only one there.

Gamestop has some nice stuff but Gamestop is very overpriced, and a place not worth going to, dont waste your Money, buy it online.
