If I could, I would give less to the management and customer service team. I ordered a light fixture a week ago. Wanted it sent overnight, but I was told it would ship out several days later, on Friday. I never received tracking information on Friday - the order confirmation email stated that I would, so on Saturday morning I followed up via email. Received no response, so on Monday morning, I called. Finally, at 3:00 PM, I received a return phone call from the manager Daniel, that the light wasnt shipping out until today at 3:00 PM. After backtracking and arguing with me that he didnt tell me the light was shipping on Friday (his statement via email, as well) he told me he wasnt accepting any responsibility for the fact that the light hadnt gone out on Friday, or the failure to communicate this to me. Followed up with an email request, and then at 3:10 PM, I received a tracking number. At 4:34PM, I received a surprise email stating that my order had been cancelled for the following reasons: "We were just notified by our warehouse that the product did not pass final inspection for shipping. At this point, weve decided to cancel your order and give you a full refund. Too many bad factors (truck broke down, product damaged, etc) affected this order which are beyond our control." I dont believe anything like this actually happened for a second. Juno Lighting is a huge company, and they wouldnt suddenly recall a single fixture in this manner. In addition, at no point throughout this transaction did Daniel or the CSR Maria, offer any suggestions or remedies for service or resolution - both virtually shrugged their shoulders and said that there was "nothing they could do." To Electric Bargain Store owner, Ricky Liunarto: Perhaps your business is large enough and successful enough to discard a 26 fixture order. If so, congratulations. If not, you should consider hiring employees that can own their positions, behave in a helpful, courteous and respectful manner and advocate for your existing, new as well as potential customers.

Unable to complete a transaction. Daniel took my order and told me that 26 units were in stock and I should order today to ensure shipment in my time window (warning #1-- pressure sales tactic) . My credit card was charged immediately on order. 3 business days later I check back and Im told "8 of 10" units ordered were damaged in transit to our shipping center. See other reviews people have left ( warning #2) Got such a bad vibe I disputed the transaction and requested that the order be cancelled. Item ordered was small recessed lighting fixtures.. extremely unlikely to be damaged in transit. Maybe they would deliver ... eventually. meanwhile I will order from a more reputable source. One star for returning my email.

They had the items but they are slower than molasses. I placed this order last week on 10/19 and I didnt hear from them until 10/26 when I called them. They said they were sending it out and would give me tracking numbers. Well, I finally got the tracking numbers (they split up the small order) and one was going through the process and finally got delivered and nothing was going on with the other shipment. I called again and it was left on the loading dock two days ago and probably would still be there is I didnt call again. The lady was very apologetic, but the incompetency is unbelievable. I will see if everything was shipped right next week when I can check both orders. Stay tuned.....
