Beware of this Co. I ordered an item on April 1st they took the payment and I waited until April 18 until a used item arrived. I sent 4 emails and one phone call about them selling me a used item and I never got a reply not call back or email. I started a dispute with Paypal and sent a message through Paypal and still nothing! no reply! nothing. Amazing, I dont know how whoever screwed me can sleep at night with a clear conscience. Dont order anything unless yo must, and call to make sure your item is in stock and ready to ship. Oh make sure its not used!

Be very careful ordering from them - I received outlet covers that were completely different from the photos on the website. I suggested they update the website, and the first response was - well, we have a disclaimer on there. I advised them that now that they know the photo is wrong, it would be a good idea to update their site. I hope they do... But now I am stuck with an inferior product that I can "return by going to the website and following the return process."

Poor business ethic and practices, the company bills your credit card even when they do not have the items in stock and they do not notify you of the out of stock condition. When asked to cancel the order, they agree in writing to do so but do not follow through and do not credit your card back. They force you to dispute the charge and then they take the full amount of time to respond, very poor customer service
