Excellent help from John in helping me find just the right refrigerator. Fit perfectly and so far is great. When it was delivered they had to take off my front door and in putting it back on broke off the door knob and the door would no longer close properly. I have since had to have the door re-set which may have been something that was going to happen eventually. Because they broke the knob off the nearly new front door knob and lock I had to purchase a new set and have it installed at my own expense as well as having the door repaired so it would close. (the front door functioned perfectly before it was removed and replaced) I paid $85 to have the refrigerator delivered 12 miles. I did go to the store and ask them to fix the door. I was told they were too busy and did not do things like that and that Sears did not sell locks for doors. My otherwise very fine experience with the purchase of the refrigerator has been somewhat marred by this experience. The purchase and product were great. The service was not what I expected from Sears.

Well I cant go on enough about how talking to Jen the owner manager helped us really save money and buy outstanding products with wonderful warranties. Jen really goes the extra mile to find the right 0% financing on the Sears MasterCard and promotional discounts. We are so happy with everything we bought from Sears outlet in Sonora clothes washer clothes dryer chest freezer two craftsman tool chests and the list goes on.
