In my experiences, customer service is all about trying to help the customer as much as possible. Not only did this place sell me a piece of junk phone that lasted less than two months, but when I asked for help, in any way, Eddie said he couldnt. There was no, "lets see what we can do," "maybe if we do this." Just flat out "no." His brusque rejection left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I can practically guarantee that when the time comes to reevaluate my phone needs, I wont be coming back to AT&T. The very best of luck to anyone unfortunate enough to be working with this particular branch/staff.

The entire staff were rude to all the customers and not helpful at all, I had to ask if they had any promotions multiple times and they made me feel dumb. Never had to leave any negative feed back on any store but this one is by far the worse customer service.
