Avoid this store - avoid their products!! First off - I am seeing metal discoloration/chipping on my pen that I bought exactly 31 days ago!! And I use my things very carefully - then pen is either in my shirt pocket or in its case - so its not because of usage that I am seeing this issue. I would give this place a negative-5 stars if I could - the rep I spoke to told me that the warranty on my pen wasnt valid because I hadnt bought it from a mont Blanc boutique. This guy then had the audacity to tell me that I had bought the pen in that condition - with the metal chipping off - so it was my fault and I had to pay him to even look at my pen so he could tell me the next steps. Dont waste your time and money here!!

For some unusual reason, my Montblanc ballpoint pen cartridge leaked out the top and made a mess. Cindy, the store manager, and her staff took my pen in, cleaned it up, replaced some parts, and got me back writing again. It took about a week, but the service was great! Happy Writing! Leo
