My granddaughter and I went into the Disney Store in Valley Fair Mall to exchange a DVD that was given to her as a birthday gift. Tina informed me that there was a $5.00 difference in price and I said no problem and handed her my credit card. She said I need to have a pictured id to complete the transaction. I asked her if she could do a debit transaction since I left my id in the car and she said they dont accept debit payments. By now my 4 year old granddaughter is in tears and I ask her if she could make a exception this one time for a child and again she stood her ground without any compassion or sensitivity to the situation. I left the store very frustrated. I called my daughter and told her of the situation and she suggested that I return the DVD for a full refund. When I get back to the store Tina asked if I had pictured id and I informed her that I wanted to get a refund. First thing she says is that DVDS cannot be returned unless unopened with original receipt. I told her the DVD has not been opened and I had the guest receipt. She then went stupid again and said that I did not have an original receipt nor a photo id. I will never do business at that Disney Store ever again and will suggest that gifts be brought at targets or Toys r US where the sales associates seem to like their jobs and the customers.

Fun store. Staff is really great even when busy, they always have a good attitude. They sometimes have special activities for the kids and the big screen TV has something for the kids to watch.

I like this Disney store. It has everything and it is the right size. The only thing I wish they could do a little better is organize the store in a cleaner fashion.

Huge store but many items seem to be out of stock. Not well organized. Doesnt live up to typical outstanding Disney service.

I got a lightsaber here a couple of weeks ago, it was a superb purchase and I will likely return to buy more lightsabers.
