Nothing is more fun than a real toy store. They can simply carry a wider variety of toys than any large department store you section. I needed to kill an hour before an appointment while traveling with two young boys. I took them here and easily kept them entertained fort the full hour. My oldest grabbed some multiplication flash cards and a small Lego set and my youngest grabbed a few construction trucks. I also noticed security monitoring there parking lot...a nice bonus. My only complaint is that the prices seem about 10% too high. But still...I miss the full sized toy stores of my youth and am happy to see some are still around.

Went for Geoffreys birthday celebration. Geoffrey was out sick (it happens once a month, seriously?), they were out of plushies for the kids birthdays but they substituted a Geoffrey Lego kit - for kids 7+; most of the kids there were under seven. The reader skipped portions of the book, and replaced words with his own - do you think parents cant see the oversized type? Second time horrible experience at Geoffreys birthday party. Next year well drive to a proper location like Elk Grove or Modesto where people care. To the manager - fix your location; this is the most ghetto Toys r Us I have ever been to.

I like toys r us n all but the cashier on 1 wuz so damn rude she said come 2 this one n then she said u might as well. Then she asked me if i hv a rewards or phone number, wtf? Im a damn child ,only 11 years old, i mean yeah i hv a phone number n all but u dont say that 2 a little kid. The date wuz 03/18/17 time 03:25p.m n i bought a baby bottle pop. Anyway i rated it 3 stars bcuz of her, other than that its great. I hope they get this IMMEDIATELY!!!

As a geek neering 40, I have been to a lot of Toys R Us stores. This one has very good personnel, even at holiday rush season. In a perfect world, there are never problems, but since this is the real world, at least the employees work toward a solution that makes me feel important and dont abandon me if it gets hard. A few things that were remedied with good results were returns, lay-away, gift card, online purchases.

AWEFUL customer service in store and over the phone. They dont know what theyre doing and dont care to help figure it out with you! I live by this one in Stockton and I will NEVER shop here again. I rather make the drive to Modesto.

What can I say, its a Toys "R" Us! The store was clean and organized and the staff were attentive and helpful. It is tucked back from the road and not clearly visible if you havent been there before.

Not great. Store isnt very active, most of the employees are non interactive. The bathroom was a nightmare, doors didnt lock and when it came to finding something or someone for help... good luck
