I take my son here not only to buy legos but to participate in the fun events they offer! One weekend we bought a bucket of pieces from the lego wall and they had treasure chest bottom pieces but no tops. At the next event I pointed out they had the tops and Nick, kindly asked the manager and they held some for us to complete the pieces we had, not only making me pleasantly surprised, but making the day of my son! The customer service rocks and I will continue to frequent here for the family fun and great service. Viva la legos! LOL

Poor customer service!!! I asked to speak with a manager to just get hanged up on by the store manager farhad, farzid fardick! I hope who ever reads this think twice before going to this place. Poor customer service.. never had a manager hang up on me then realize it was close to closing time. What a poor excuse for a "store manager" to hang up on a customer...

This is a clean store, with fantastic, energetic, and very considerate employees. Their selection of Lego products is beyond words as well as imagination. Definitely the place to go for all things Lego.

Can never leave the store without a purchase! We need one in the Galleria Mall, SacTown is not always convenient for us Placer County Folks! Great Store, Great Product! Timeless Toy!
