I like the Jo-Ann chain and I like this location of it. They have a reasonable selection of fabrics and other materials for projects and they always have various online coupons. I like the "Makers Holiday" line of decorative items (especially love their Halloween line) and as you get closer to a given holiday, they do start discounting items sharply. (But, of course, the selection will be much better much earlier!) If youre buying fabric, do expect a wait, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful even when they were ridiculously busy (right before a holiday is generally nuts). They have an ok selection of reasonable silk flowers (nothing amazing and some junk, but a lot of different styles and colors), a reasonable selection of kids craft items and a rather limited selection of (mostly acrylic) yarn. Parking is plentiful and its in a reasonably convenient location not far from the highway. The store is tucked in somewhat back from the street so maybe not that obvious from until you get past the Safeway and then youve almost missed it.

Jo-Anns has become a recent favorite haunt, a treasure trove of great products for every conceivable craft project. A large venue laid out with wide aisles and good lighting, shopping here is enjoyable and comfortable. Displays are merchandised nicely giving plenty of opportunity for inspiration. Many sale items interspersed throughout regular priced merchandise, overall their prices are competitive with some truly spectacular deals. Marvelous range of supplies from Sewing, Threads, Fabric, Paper Craft, Food Decorating, Floral Arranging, Scrap-booking and Jewelry Making, to Organizational Aids and Home Decor. Experiences with staff have all been pleasant, and for a recent special order where the item was not as expected when it arrived, they accepted it back with no questions, crediting my credit card immediately. Make certain to sign up for their mailing list to receive regular flyers with coupons and special (additional) discount opportunities.

Fabric Store with a heavy dose of craft store. There arent too many dedicated fabric stores chains left these days. Jo-Anns has managed to make it work by also carrying a wide array of craft products. Their email list will keep you in enough coupons that you should always have one. Sign up. Another hot tip is to grab your number for the cutting table whenever you like. They will call your number on the PA so you dont have to stand in a line.

Love Jo-ann. Great fabric options, they even have some organic cotton! The app is a must for coupons. I dont buy anything without a coupon. If youre getting fabric, get a number right when you walk in the store. The wait can be very long if theyre having a big sale.

An amazing selection of fabrics and sewing notions, however they are frequently under staffed with long waiting lines to cut fabric and to check out. Although small in numbers, they are very helpful and friendly.

They had a huge sale but obviously didnt staff for it. There were quite a few people there but not so many that it seemed unmanageable. Forcing people to sit in two 20 minute lines is unreasonable.
