The staff was nice but the selection is really lacking. There are lots of 6-7th gen games and many sports and Guitar Heros among those. Very few newer games or retro games that I saw. A small handful of NES and SNES games in the bottom of the counter and there were a whopping two boxed Genesis games. It wasnt worth the trip over here.

Worst store in San Jose for electronics. Store is filthy and has very poor customer service. I will never go back there. They sell old broken crappy used products and they will not want to give you your money back. Nobody with a conscience should step foot in this terrible store.

Poor selection of games. Mostly reject big budget spots titles. Also the store is dirty and when I went they closed an hour before the time listed.
