Very bad customer service basically everytime i go to this place i ask for a game and before they even check they ask all rude like did you pre order it and if i say no then they say all rude no then proceed to tell me i can order it online from them....everytime they dont have a game i go to walmart of all places and more times than not they have the game in stock and you can trade games in for cash and games at walmart so at this point i just want them gone they suck ass all of them

the service is GREAT!!! the selection of Games, Devices, Accessories are wonderfully Stocked, only problem I see is the prices, all items are marked at highest retail prices, most the time without any bonus items anymore. other then that it is the place I search first even before Wal-Mart or Online.
