I was initially very skeptical entering the place but left feeling very relieved and glad that I had chosen to come in. Both the optician and the optometrist were very friendly and helpful during my visit. There were some recurring eyesight issues I was dealing with that the optometrist was able to explain. I had brought in prior information from previous optometrists and I appreciated her listening to that patiently. That communicated to me that she valued my opinion as a patient even though she was the doctor. When she did my examination she was able to thoroughly explain and answer my questions about what I had been dealing with. I was able to understand my eyes better and am very thankful for their help!
