It was Saturday at 7pm & raining. I had a bad day with mental illness (schizophernia) & l wanted to treat myself to a lavender salt bath & shampoo. The Asain women asked if Ineeded help l said no I know what l want. So went to the aisle. The Asain sent the cashier to the aisle which l thought was a customer. The biolage it was expensive. I went to the next aisle for matrix it was cheaper & l notice the cashier was in the aisle again. I said do you think Im stealing??? The cashier was nice & understanding but the Asain women said can you leave your bag at the counter. I said no not if you think Im stealing!!! I put the product down. She could have some class & watched me from affair & the cashier from the counter. There was no womanly support more of stereo typing. Just because l was stressed, poor, & Mexican American doesnt mean she has to be so in considerate & unthoughtful. I said I would yelp her she didnt even care. Why would I steal at the end of evening when nobody is there. If l would have went in the afternoon this would have never happens. Im a member there 5 years. She doesnt value her customer & puts her paranoia first. Again no womanly support.

I went to Beauty Avenue looking for nail supplies and was disappointed in the selection. They only had about half an isle dedicated to nails at all and had almost no artificial nails or equipment for doing nail sets. All they had was a limited selection of pre-painted press-on type nails, which were at least 50% more expensive than in the drugstore for the same product. The rest of the store is almost completely dedicated to hair (and it is a very big store). I still think most of it was over-priced, but there might be some things they have that you cant find elsewhere. Bottom line: if youre looking for nail supplies or bargains, stick with Sallys or buy online. I wont be going back here.

Omg I never knew this place existed!! I love this place! Its huge and has everything I need! They have so much stuff its kind of overwhelming, in a good way though! It was really nice to come here and find my favorite products, plus the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. This is my new favorite beauty supply store!
