I usually like this store, but yesterday, I visited the store to "return or exchange" some wrong product that was shipped to me via an online $900 order for my business, and Trey, the "manager" refused to help me. I wouldnt even call it bad customer service, he just kept saying, "Im sorry, I cant help you." It clearly states on the packing slip that no sale is ever final, if youre not completely satisified... return to any store, yadda, yadda, yadda. I had my receipt, the wrong product, etc. he just didnt want to help me. ILL NEVER SHOP AT B&BWORKS EVER AGAIN!

I love the off beat Bath & body works, you always find the best stuff that is usually sold out at other stores. I highly recommend this location.
