I like this store because everything is well displayed in a bright uncluttered store. The sales people are friendly and helpful here. I need to buy a birthday present for a friend, but didnt know his size. The sales guy asked if I needed help and I said not sure about the size. He asked me point out someone in the store similar in height and size, he was able to help me get the right size. No pressure here with sales people following you around.

This store is great! Awesome mountain and snow gear downstairs and casual things upstairs. The employees are very knowledgeable about all their product and will even assist you for gearing up on a future trip with 1 on 1 assistance. If you need anything from camping, snowboarding, skiing, to just something to keep you warm and dry around the city this is the place to go. Plus you get a lifetime warranty on all of their products!

Great store with a hint of everything they offer including the latest. Contrary to normal belief, unless you are looking for a lot of assistance, you should come during busier hours. The number of service reps during the day is honestly overbearing. If you are just browsing or making decisions on personal taste, youll likely be a little annoyed with the consistent prodding of the sales floor folks.

Located in down town San Francisco close to union square. Has a large selection of outdoor gear. The only thing is that they never seem to carry 3XL and I like many others dont like the jackets fitted. There solution is to either order online or they just dont make it in a 3XL which neither is good. Other than that its a good place for some outdoor clothing.

This hotel has an old architecture that keep it beauty. The client has to know that there isnt bathroom in the room, just in the sidewalk. It is a little detail that you has to keep in mind, specially if you are traveling with kids. But in general has a great location, close to everthing

Pretty difficult to rate this any lower. World wide brand, and it definitely lives up to its standards. This particular store carried exactly what I needed. Couple of Canteens for camping and a new pair of hiking boots.. Love them!!
