to buy myself a rifle for target shooting and possibly hunting. I was fairly undecided, but the sales woman that helped me (cant remember her name) knew about the product she was selling and was able to give me very helpfull infprmation even down to brands more known for reliability as opposed to ones that arent as much. Very kind and patient and I would definitely recommend this location for the customer service. Although I could not find the exact rifle I was looking for she was very helpful and was able to help me find a location that might. I didnt get my gun there, but I will for sure return for other needs I may have; from ammunition to under armor.

Wow, am surprised by some of the bad reviews on here. I found it to be your basic sporting goods store. Had a lot of variety, pretty big. They have a lot of kids (younger people) working there, which could be part of the problem concerning customer service. You know teenagers, they really cant be bothered with anything. But if you know what you want going in, then this store is fine for that. I went in for sneakers, some baseball gear, and found everything I needed at good prices.

I bought some clothes and when I came to register I had a 10%coupon when I wanted to use it,, she told me that Nike stuff cannot be used with this coupon and that anything that was already marked down cannot be used with the coupon.. Most of the stuff I bought Nike and few stuff on sale,,, well anyways I couldnt use my 10% coupon for most of the stuff... Whats the point of these coupons???? I was so disappointed... Walked away from this store and never want to go back in there

Asked for help waited a long time even tried searching for someone & then other people walk in & get help instantly right after I asked for assistance,have the intex mattresses on sale the sign right in front of multiple 16" intex mattress then go up & price is $40. Tried to also offer the display sleeping bad for just 10% off like this place is messy dont play around go to Walmart save yourself the peace of mind & effort of useless people who work here & garbage inventory.

I always loved going to big 5 as a kid. I think it is a dying breed of retail store though. Fishing selection is minimal. They have the very basics in most departments, but if you are looking for something specific, good luck. I will say they have some great sales, and thats what keeps me coming through the doors.

This place is great wonderful customer service skills and when you ask a question it is immediately answered and you get one in the direction of what you looking for. Also they treat you like a human being. I would definitely recommend this place every time. I loved it

Rude customer service! I purchased what ammo management said was for my pistol found out camping it doesnt fit! They wont exchange it for me even though its their fault!
