Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. Purchased an item over their website, didnt like it when received. Returned via mail with tracking. Owner Chris was very communicative intially when I mentioned I wasnt happy with purchase and I wanted to return. Emailed him several times to confirm receipt and status of refund. No response from owner Chris whatsoever. Finally had to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. About 2 minutes after I opened dispute with Paypal, owner Chris emailed me that he thought the refund was processed (3 weeks after he received returned product.) Still waiting for my money from the owner Chris, although I am not very optimistic as he runs his business very poorly. Luckily, I have the tracking number with proof of delivery and Paypal will hopefully refund what Chris will not. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Walked in here my 2nd day visiting SF and it found one of the best assortments of stylish sports gear Ive seen in a while. Really fresh interior. Its intimate and has obviously refined taste. Check out the awesome watch and sunglasses collection. Coming back for those for sure. Also they have some exclusive brands that you wont find anywhere else in the city apparently. Im stoked on their backback selection. Hands down the best Ive seen. Like a bunch of European brands Ive never heard of. Also the salesperson was pretty friendly and helpful, especially when I couldnt decide which earphones to get. She even showed me their website that basically has like 4-5 times the amount of merchandise. Pretty great online experience thus far. Definitely going to take advantage of that local free shipping while im here, haha. 5 stars!

I placed an order online, and tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to follow up by phone. No one answers during posted business hours (which vary depending on whether you believe the website or the recorded phone voice... but you shouldnt believe either one). No one answered at the San Francisco store, either; it just rang until it eventually shut off. Based on other reviews here, I see that poor customer service is a fairly consistent problem. REVISION: About 40 minutes after the stores alleged opening time, I finally got through by phone. I reached a VERY helpful and courteous human by the name of Ben, who resolved my issue right away. He turned the experience around for me.

Edit: Though I did have an issue with the product, I am extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service. Shortly after posting this review I got a call and an offer to try and rectify the problem. So Ive upped my rating from a two to a four star review. I bought the Assunt nut watch and it is ok, but it doesnt look like the picture. I bought it because I thought the face was as dark as it is in the picture, but it actually looks more like the Kappa Nut Wood Watch in Walnut. This is a problem because the uniform color makes it harder to read and this is a gift for my father. I dont have time to exchange it. The watch is cool, but not what was advertised.

I really enjoyed this store! Especially since they gave me an espresso (free) while I shopped and I found the pair of Carrera sunglasses I had been looking for... They also carried an insane selection of watches, stuff I havent seen anywhere else (I consider myself somewhat in the know on these kinds of items). I like having things that are fashionable, well designed and that no one else has. This is one of those San Francisco shops that delivers with an uncluttered space and lots of unique items. I have to admit I feel pretty cool shopping there.

On April 21 I purchased this clock, it did not work upon delivery. I emailed them and they said they would send a label but never did. Over 2 weeks later and after opening a claim they gave me an actual label in exchange for closing the claim. They said they would send me the new one when they saw tracking. Its May 23, and they received the product on may 10, still not refund and no product.

Ive never been there but called in asking about $40 Marley ear buds and the guy who answered said all they have is the $79 and up models. It was his lack of customer service skills that drove me to write this review. Before hanging up he told me to go directly to Marley online by saying "well if you want the cheaper ones buy them directly from Marley then" and hung up. Nice.

Wonderful, if you like window shopping, but not actual shopping shopping. To increase chance of actual shopping, not just looking through the window and or banging on the door crying after trying to buy sunglasses off you for 3 months but your shop is ALWAYS closed; maybe open your shop doors and employee someone to work there, 5 days a week, maybe even on weekends too?

I love this place! As curators they really know their stuff. From wearable sleeping bags to junghans watches..I couldnt believe their selection. Im a San Franciscan who spends the weekends throughout NorCals coasts and forests and I found everything I needed for my adventures- even deodorant! Ive been spreading the word about this SF gem. Well worth a look around!

Stopped by at 1pm on a Tuesday to grab a new pair of Costas. No one there. Let me check the door for the hours. Oh look there arent any! There are plenty of dimples and cracks though - Im assuming from angry potential customers on their way to REI.

Gorgeous store. Has a great modern/industrial vibe to it. I want to buy everything inside this store. They have a great selection of sunglasses and bags. They also play great music and the staff is nice.

This place is NEVER open! 3 times I went (during the week and on weekend) and they were closed. Nothing online or on voicemail that they were closed (during normal business hours.
