The customer service is awful ! We bought floor lamp and assemble hardware is missing. We called the store immediately and they said that they are going to send with Fedex. We waited last 3 days, nothing has delivered, because they did not send. They did not informed us tracking number. After waited 3 days, we called him, nobody knows who was suppose to send the missing assemble. They are still saying we will ask manager. At first call, they said that they will take the missing part from other lamp and send to us. Now, they are saying they will order. It means that we are going to sit in the dark living room more weeks ! We will return the lamp and I never think to buy anything again after this bad customer experience !!!!

CB2 is the sister chain of Crate and Barrel and they do a great job at catering towards smaller apartments/studios/flats which is perfect for the majority of San Francisco housing. Their designs are clean, sleek and they carry fun and unique accessories to help spruce up your home without making a huge dent in your wallet. Larger household items such as couches and bedroom furniture are on the pricier side but remember to keep an eye out for sales! The sales associates were all helpful and I appreciate that they took the time to carefully wrap and box up my purchases that were fragile.

Bought items at the store beginning of September, they were not available for a few weeks and the assistant told me that the items would be available Sept 24 and asked me to call back and told that delivery would be probably around Sept 27-28. After I called in today I learned that the earliest delivery is October 15 which will make it more than a month since I ordered the items at the store. Question is: was it not possible to schedule delivery while I was waiting for the items on the back order? Is it really so difficult after I spent so much money at your store??? Awesome service!:)))))))

Great furniture, but the customer service is sorely lacking. The first time, they delivered the wrong item to our home and tried to leave it with us. The second time, the lady kept mispronouncing my last name over the walkie talkie even though i told her my correct pronunciation. They also keep you on hold over the phone forever.

Of all the furniture chains that are affordable to millennials, I think this one is the best. I shopped for 2 weeks before finding the perfect sleeper sofa, coffee table, and table. I even got a punky painting. Very friendly staff and they deliver and assemble for you for $99
