Ive been here a few times just looking to get quotes within my budget for a sofa that would work with my limited space. Ive been looking for a sleeper sofa and after a lot of research I had noticed that BoConcept was well known for their urban friendly furniture. Considering it was just 30 minutes from my home, it was very convenient to go. Marco was extremely friendly and he knew what he was talking about. I enjoyed talking to him and didnt feel pushed when taking my time to consider the Cenova Sofa. They delivered it to my apartment within 2 weeks and until I have no complaints and truly enjoyed my purchase. I would highly recommend!

IKEA quality at higher prices. Bought a pair of chairs, over $2000 each, and the leather has not held up well at all. A leather couch from room and board thats over a year older and sits in the same room shows no signs of fading and looks much better. Call and ask them about whom they recommend for professional cleaning/restoration of rugs, upholstery, or leather and they have no insight. The stuff is disposable. Steer clear.

Great store for modern furniture and Home Decor. Their sofas are customized and they have a great selection of fabrics and leathers. The lead time on customized pieces are only 8 weeks which is not bad for customized pieces. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They offer In Home consultations in a 3D system so that I can see how my apartment will look like with their furniture suggestion.

Came to San Francisco for a vacation and dropped by the BoConcept store with some friends, really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Made me want to refurnish my house back home with BoConcept furniture. Such a pity that i dont live here or i would have definitely bought. The help and great conversation i got from the sales staff warrants a review.

We had a hard time buying from this place because we didnt find any couches in the store that were at the comfort level we were hoping for. We looked through the books and found a couple things we might have liked, but can you really buy a couch before sitting on it? The lady was helpful, but we decided against it.
