This is an awesome place for furniture shopping. They have a great collection plus their customer service is phenomenal. I bought a power recliner sofa from them earlier last year & the motor gave up a few months later. Long story short; they took care of the problem with zero cost on my end & in a very professional manner. I primarily dealt with Michelle Giang & Keith Crawford. They are both awesome. All in all, they have my highest recommendation.

They clearly feel no responsibility for keeping their sidewalk frontage on Townsend clean. Trash has been accumulating along it for months and now makes for an unpleasant environment that hundreds of pedestrians must walk through daily. Im not impressed by a business that shows so little consideration for its neighborhood. There are many other furniture stores with similar selections.

This place is somewhere between an extremely ridiculously expensive room & board and an ikea. I think its perfect at least for me. The staff was super friendly when we came and very helpful. When I went they had just been opened for 3 days. Great selection and variety of styles. Lots of great chairs to pick from at this location. I will be back for more.
