NEVER go here unless you are totally desperate and have no time to go to Oakland or Westfield over in the Ingleside! The customer service here is TERRIBLE and more than once they sold me some REALLY bad hair, and once tried to sell me hair of two different lengths! Plus the people who work there are total racists! My stylist used to reccomend her customers to them but they got screwed over SO many times by the staff there who will literally say or do anything to make a sale, not caring at ALL about your needs. And then they have a "no refund" policy! My Senegalese stylist has both white and black clients, and when the black clients complained to this store about the bad quality of hair and service they got, they stuck to the no refunds policy. But when her white clients went there, demanding their money back, they got it. Of course once this news got back to my stylist she of course could not recommend these racist jerks to anyone ever again. I never go there! Westfield is much better... the people are nice... the selection is not quite as good, but they once let me choose a free pair of earrings with my purchase! The staff at DBC would never dream of doing that; their main goal and purpose in life is to get your money and then get you out of their store as fast as they can!

I have been buying from this store for over a year now and they never let me down! As a costumer, I often need a wig in a certain style to match a character and the staff of this store is always very helpful in finding me the perfect match! The prices are very reasonable and because Ive been going for such a long time, they sometimes give me discounts. I definitely recommend this shop for anyone who makes costumes or has a specific style in mind for their wigs, weaves, or hairpieces: this is the place for you.

Jennifer cut my hair this afternoon. I brought in a picture of how i wanted my hair to look and she gave me her honest answer of how she wasnt able to give me want I wanted due to the current status of my hair. Instead, she offered advice on how to approach my haircut and my hair ended up pretty similar to what i wanted. Throughout the haircut, she was attentive, careful, and kept telling me what she was going to do next. I highly recommend Jennifer for your next haircut.

They locked the door to the store right in front of my face 10 minutes early. Explain my situation of starting a new job the following day she didnt care she told me to come back at 8 oclock. I asked her how I would be at work at 8 oclock. She just shrugged her shoulders in that Pacific kind of way and said sorry

friendly staff and good selection. i went for bleach/dye remover/toner/dye/developer and they had everything i needed. i think the prices were pretty close to what Sallys or Amazon would be for those items. you can park in back in the Safeway parking lot if there isnt street parking.

Great selection, reasonable prices, good hours (opened on a Saturday morning exactly on time!), what more could you ask for? Delivery I suppose, but theyre not selling pizza.
