I went with my wife, father in la- and brother in-law. My brother in-law and wife both wanted lenses replace. My wifes arnetts were fixed just fine, but they broke my brother in-laws spys and then refused to replace them, or compensate him at all, except for a refund. There manager said there should have been a waiver signed, which there was not. He then said I dont owe you anything but a refund. He told us since we did not purchase the sunglass frames from their store, he would not replace them because he did not break them on purpose. Several customers were shocked that the manager would not take responsibility for their actions and left. This is the last time I will visit that store, and I will no longer recommend anyone else to go there. Vary poor customer service, and business practice.

I have bought my eyeglasses and sunglasses for years here.When my boyfriend needed new sunglasses i brought him here.He bought a nice pair of Spy sunglasses for $150 or so.He had them for about 5 months when one of the arms snapped in half when he put them on.He was distraught and angry that tey snapped.I brought the sunglasses in and showed Martha what had happened. She was very apologetic,but was unsure theycould help me.She felt I needed to contact SPY directly.I let her know that this was upsetting as I choose to buy from Brick and Mortar stores, so that I van get service.Well she made it happen. She jumped through hoops with the manager and as able to give me a new pair!Iwill continue to shop with them!Thanks again Martha!

Went into Sunglass & Optical Warehouse not knowing specifically what all they had to offer in the way of sunglasses but I saw their sign on the 8 so I thought I would come in and check them out. I was blown away by the options to choose from! Brand likes Gucci, Michael Kors, Ray Bans, Oakley, Dolce & Gabanna, and more! I ended up buying a pair of Gucci sunglasses and LOVE them! The staff was super helpful in letting me try multiple pairs on (thanks for your patience!) and showing me particular pairs that would fit my style and facial structure well. Be sure to ask for Oscar or Joanna - they were both very knowledgable about the products and provided excellent service! Thanks, Sunglass & Optical Warehouse! Ill be back!

I have been buying all my eyewear from these guys since 1990. The selection is always amazing!!! And most of the people behind the counter are licensed opticians, so they understand how to fit both a sunglass and an perscription pair of glasses to my face. Recently I had an expensive pair of sunglasses that came apart. Since the frames were under warranty they traded me out for another pair - on the spot - no waiting - and for a higher quality brand. Ill never buy eyewear anywhere else!!!

I got my contacts done here and I went back again to get new glasses because contacts started costing more than I could tolerate. The owner of this place is so friendly and the owner couple even gave me free color contacts! My sister who came with me also got some even though she didnt purchase anything. Theyre so friendly and caring so it feels nice and welcoming going there.

Sunglass & Optical Ware House has a pretty legitimate selection of glasses. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. My girlfriend is as blind as a bat and I finally talked her into getting a pair of glasses, she found a pair that she liked and the girl helping her really made her feel good about the transition from hot and blind to pretty with the gift of sight.

Great experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a pair of glasses for my wife. After a month my son dropped them and the lense popped out. Took them back and they had them repaired in under five minutes. Will be buying a pair of glasses for myself shortly. And will be coming back here to find the right pair.

I went in to Sunglass & Optical Warehouse with a damaged pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, looking for a way to replace the lenses. Edgar was very helpful in providing me packaging and an address to Maui Jim . He even helped by assisting me with a letter of explanation to Maui Jim. If you need prescription glasses stay away from this place! First they lost my glasses, then the prescription was done wrong. Its now been almost a month and I still havent received my glasses and Ive had to call to find out about the status, they never call me. What a nightmare!

I was not happy with the service at this location! The sales people at this location, didnt acknowledge that I was even there to BUY some sunglasses. They were just going on about some personal conversation. I wouldnt buy anything from at least that location ever again!

Good specs and terrific service. Surprisingly, SOW needs more selection in their Ray Ban Aviator line. The "squarish" Aviators were not available. More Smith ChromaPop shades. But, your Persol line is tip-top. Been buying from you for years and will continue doing so.

This place (actually the one on the SW corner of Balboa and Convoy) replaced my shades because of a small problem with no question. Its hard to find good service and this service is the best! I bought the glasses at this location. Both locations are great.

The best eyeglass place in So. Cal, incredible service, especially Edgar. I had a pair of frames other places wouldnt touch(Cartier) and he gave me help Ive ever had in dealing with this type of deal. I would advise everyone to visit this business!

Edgar is the best, incredibly patient and friendly. It took me 2 hrs yesterday to make optical decisions on 2 pair of glasses. Im sure he was ready to tear his hair out, however he never lost his cool. Perhaps the best prices in town as well...
