We were desperately looking for Clase Azul Tequila shot glasses for a long time. Everywhere we checked was either sold out or would not be selling them anymore. I contacted Quality Liquor Store’s customer service via email, to see when they would possibly have them back in stock since these are a very important gift. Within minutes I received an email back from Nick informing me that they will have them on inventory at that moment and ill be able to order asap online. Not only was I able to get the amount that I wanted, but they were efficient enough to call me and issue a shipping credit since we placed two separate orders at the same time and they will be here on Monday!! (It’s Thursday). I cannot say enough how pleased we are with this service. It is very difficult to find such great customer service. We will 100% be ordering from them again. THANK YOU

PRE-EDIT REVIEW: My name is Noah Cohen. I ordered one 375 ml bottle of drambuie (sweet spiced whiskey) from Quality Liquor Store to my home in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to see if odering liquor over the internet worked. I am of legal age and mail-order liquor is legal in my state. I ordered it on May 14, 2015. I got an email suggesting that it had arrived on May 22nd (yesterday), but it had never arrived. Do not trust Quality Liquor Store. EDIT: June 3rd, 2015 I was contacted two days after posting this review. They apologized for the delay, telling me that the bottle I ordered hadnt been in stock. They sent me a 750ml bottle for the price of the 375ml bottle, to apologize. It took like three weeks to arrive, but I think thats a reasonable status quo. TL;DR: updated One Star to Four Stars.

Horrible customer service. On 6/27/16 Quality Liquor Store had on their website a promotion that stated if 2 or more bottles of La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila was purchased ground shipping cost would be waved. After adding 2 bottles to my cart, I noticed that the shipping cost had not been removed. I called the store and spoke with someone who verified that the offer was on their website, I was then told that a manager would call me back ASAP. A few hrs later and still no call back, so I called back and again was told that I would be contacted. Over 24hrs later, and I have yet to receive a call from the manager. While quality liquor store seems to be quite sluggish when it comes to customer satisfaction, they were very prompt in removing the promotion from their website.

They have no PIN terminal. Inconvenient. A liquor store that requires signature is a store that fails. What liquor stores do that? This place is broke, and the selection is overpriced. A soda for $3? What happened to 1.79? Cheap place! Cant even afford a terminal, HAHAHA!
