Ive been going here for two years and have never had any issues. Tonight however, I forgot my id in the car. I was with a friend and they refused to sell us alcohol even though she had her id. So I was going to go grab mine from the car and the cashier said we could not come back because we were rejected . "A rejected?" What does that even mean? Banned? Anyway, We tried explaining to her that the id was just outside in the car and we would just go grab it but she kept telling us that we were rejected and that they could not sell us the alcohol if we came back in. She made me feel extremely embarrassing. We left and went to bevmo across the street instead, which turned out to be better. We got an amazing deal at bevmo and had no issue plus the staff there was very warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks for nothing but embarrassment total wine.

This place is amazing! They have everything you could possibly need to get your party going. Im not a drinker so I dont know much about what needs to be mixed with what. As I was looking a gentleman (Mike) was asking some people on the other aisle if they needed assistance and made his way to my area and boy did I need help! I was making strawberry daiquiris ( might be simple for some people) I asked Mike what needed to be mixed to make this drink and expressed that I would like something that I might not give me a headache or taste the alcohol (go figure) Mike took the time and explained certain rums and how they taste. I didnt know there were so many and flavors. They even have alcohol flavored whip cream...lol... Mike this drink was wonderful just what I wanted. Thank you again for your help.

My experiences here are limited since I stick to craft/imported beers, but Total Wine has an amazing selection for both of those. They have several aisles worth of craft beer and another full one for just imported beer. There is always a good selection of seasonal and special edition brews and pretty much every brewery that distributes in California is represented somewhere in their store. The prices are very competitive and are generally less than other liquor stores and competing chains (BevMo comes to mind). The service staff is very willing to help and they even take special orders if something is out of stock. Because of the great selection, excellent prices, and overall great service, I would definitely recommend coming here if youre trying to hunt down decent craft brews.

This is my go to store but i have noticed that the prices are sky rocketing. if there is something seasonal i like i just go to costco causes its usually 3-4 bucks cheaper these days. they used to have the best prices in town. also went in today and noticed a particular beer that i really like on the shelf. but i thought to myself its to early in the year to stock this. checked the date and it was two months expired. looked like someone found it buried in back and thought hell with it some idiot will but it. i mentioned it to two employees so hopefully it doesnt go back on the shelf. staff is friendly and helpful every time i go in. Price increases and expired product may push me to go else where.

I absolutely love this store. In my experience its way better than BevMo. People here actually know their stuff. I know plenty about wine, and their staff knows what is what. They have a great hard alcohol selection, and their beer section is not to joke about. They truly mean business, and the staff is always willing to help. If you need to track down a wine, they can help you find it. Or if you are looking for a specific beer, they will make their best to find it, or if its not sold anymore, they will try to recommend something with the closest taste profile.

There really should be a time limit and how many bottles you can have one after the other. I had to put my drinks in the freezer to try to cool them down in time for dinner...they werent

I go here periodically because of the great selection of wines. The employees are always willing to stop what they are doing to help you pick something out if needed. Every now and then they get a shipment of Pliny the Elder, a beer I love, and I race down to grab it. I enjoy that they have these rare selections at times.

This place has a wide variety of alcohol, including but not limited to seasonal beers and special batch brews as well as a decent selection of cigars. They have amazing staff that are trained to know the answers to most questions their customers might have and they dont have the answer they try their best to find it.

These guys love what they do, and it shows. If you have any questions about the spirits or wine, they can go into detail about the flavor and differences from other brands. If you ask they will hold stuff at the counter for you, when they get a shipment of something rare or popular.

Great place to get your drinks of course.. Always has new arrivals. Wine tasting and Beer tasting for 10¢ is actually convenient to finding a new beverage you may enjoy. Not to mention the staff. They are hands down amazing and know exactly how to help what your looking for!

Perhaps the best in class of a beverages store. A wider selection than BevMo and a (albeit small) walk in humidor. Tastings are virtually free as they only cost 10 cents. If you want to buy drinks for any occasion this is the place to go!

The Manager is horrible there, he is in his mid 30s, was not helpful at all even in front of his employees. The lady was standing the waiting for someone to help her and they said we are closed Im sorry with a grinch face. What a dick!

Always have what I want and sometimes what I didnt know I wanted lol the $1 -$3 shooters are awesome!!! I hate buying a whole bottle of something and then realizing I hate it. Great people working there always really cool, Manager rocks!

Been a fan since this placed open. Its like a Bevmo on steroids! The wine and beer selection is massive... However, it could definitely use a bigger beer fridge! But, if they could step up one area, they should work on the craft soda.
