My first time stopping by was was today, and Im kind of impressed. The store is much bigger than I expected, and they have merchandise EVERYWHERE. They have some really great furniture, and little gems here and there. I only spent a small amount of time since I was on a strict schedule, but Im excited to check more of it out next time. There were a couple of "issues" that arent really issues to me. First, the store is kind of dark, but theres some natural light that comes in in spots. Second, its a little disorganized, but that makes it even more fun- since I love just looking and discovering things. Other than that, its really great. Like I said, they have tons of merchandise - specifically a ton of books and clothes, with lots of fun knick-knacks and similar items lining the walls. And, theres a great parking lot - plus the staff are super sweet - you just cant go wrong.

This place is a delight. When you see the funky Humble Heart van in the parking lot, you can tell this isnt a run-of-the-mill thrift store. Its jam-packed with stuff, records on the wall, an impressive room full of books in the back, and you can get some coffee or ice cream from the little cafe while listening to Led Zeppelin. Its a family run operation, with proceeds going to charity, so even if you dont buy anything, consider donating.

Humble Heart is one of the best thrift stores I have ever shopped. They have a wide selection of clothes, electronics, music, movies and furniture. And they have the best thrift store prices in town. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It may not be the best neighborhood in town, but they have private parking, so it is definitely worth your time to check out Humble Heart.

This thrift store / charity was a lot of fun and the service was exceptional. They made some calls to help us find what we were looking for, then opened after hours just for us to find it! It also seems legit as a nonprofit. Unlike Goodwill which pays high salaries to the top brass, this place is doing a lot of good.

I just moved here and live close to this thrift store so thought I would check it out. It is really great. I was greeted warmly by people as I walked in the door and the volunteer working at the register had a heart of gold. Its a really hip and neat place and I really enjoyed my experience!

Best prices of any downtown thrift store. Decent selection of stuff. The proprieter, Mike, is an OG hippie and has a truly humble heart. This place brings the feels of the OB of legend to the heart of downtown. Will sometimes give a blankey to a person truly in need.

They have a little bit of everything. The staff is extremely friendly if not overworked. Be patient. It is a thrift store so there is a substantial homeless element around it but they dont seem to bother anybody.

I would have given it 5 stars .. Clothes are beautiful but one day I placed an item on hold and they STILL sold it while I was AT THE STORE. My advice would be DONT ASK THEM TO HOLD ANYTHING FOR YOU.

I was homeless and only had a quater to my name. I Came here needing a pair of pants anf D the staff made it work. They have a great selection od dress clothes for men and their prices are fantastic

Was trying to shop for jewelry for a gift and the dude wouldnt even look up at me. Customer service nonexistent and selection was underwhelming. Cheap but Salvation Army is better.

Bought a steadicam for $100 with a rolling 3 foot tall movie prop case for $100. Yes a REAL full size steadicam with vest and spring arms and all. Love this place!
