This is by far the worst salvation army I have ever seen or been to. I understand the items are to promote donations to good causes but really charging $89.00 for an item that only cost $28.00 and even on half off (%50) it puts the item at $44.50 not including tax. I then told the manager (James) that i felt the item was over priced and asking if it could be lowered (to be cost effective on my half) I then felt as if this "manager" was getting very rude and mentioned that i felt that way. He then told me the items are priced else where and he couldnt lower it and i said it isnt worth 89 bucks that they get these items for free and he then snatched the product out of my hand and turned his back to me as if i didnt matter as a customer and he says well you dont want the item. I then got very upset because this "manager" was very rude and snatching items out of my hand and turning away. This salvation army is very dirty, cluttered, over priced and they dont even have toilet paper to put in the bathroom after my wife asked them to. I dont not recommend going here or spending money at salvation army. They say they are for helping but they want to rip the customer off by way over charging for these items they got for free. Very bad customer service not just in store but even phone services to district offices. Salvation army is a joke so dont even bother. And if you visit this location dont talk to the manager James. My impression of salvation army was to help people with finding affordable used cloths for "not so rice people" while being able to dontate money for good, looks like I was wrong

Horrible treatment. Broken items. Sales on 10 day old tags are fake...they alter them. They ask retail value for their donated items. Employees grab first dibs and brag about it. Its dirty and smells like urine most of the time. There are a couple of employees who are excluded from this bad review and are hard workers with great attitudes. I hope they find a better place to earn their wages. They allow another employee to verbally insult, yell and verbally humiliate customers and are lucky a lawsuit hasnt been filed against them.

As with most of the salvation army chain its a large selection of other peoples junk fairly randomly priced (some way too high others low) that you have to play their "guess which day is half off" game to get a fair deal on. Its pretty common for me to spend a half hour here and walk away emptyhanded, as said other peoples junk. That being said this location isnt the worst (ahem! downtown) and is improving the clothing sorting. So if you can tolerate their business model its worth a visit but Goodwill it aint.

It was ok i mean walking. In there was so much to look at. Half the place was xlose other half was other things such as elextronics and shoes and outdoor things and inside interior. The issue I s aw was certain things were way over priced. I mean we are supposed to be at a thrift store not an actual store. I was really surprised to see the prices so high. There is a better thrift store down the road.

I love this thrift store. I go every other weekend just to see what I might find. They have a huge clothing selection though Im usually in the Kitchen section hunting down measuring cups or a glass mixing bowl. Great Stuff! They usually have a sale going on too, so make sure to ask. Its often 40%+ off. Worth the trip!

This place was VERY o.....k. The merchandise wasnt terrific. Youd think there stuff was lined with gold the way some of the things were priced....you can get new things in other stores than buying used, more expensive things here...doesnt make sense. Wont be back

I will keep it simple: Their staff is very rude, their inventory is WAY overpriced such that I found NEW jeans at Ross that were cheaper and, NEW cookware at Big Lots that were cheaper. If you like getting ripped off then this store is the place for you.

It is a hit and miss like every second hand store but I find more things than other stores. Prices are favorable or not depends on what you are looking for! Friendly service in general. Couple of the employees are really nice.

This place has gone down hill. They used to have the biggest selection of used books, but now there is barely a wall full. It was a bit unorganized last I was there and kinda dirty. UGH. I did score a cool cup though!

One of the clerks was singing as she went about her work and there was this general sense of excitement and enthusiasm about the busy 50% off Saturday. Plus, I ran into 2 close friends as I was going into the store.

Amazing store with great deals. I always find designer jeans, like new sweatshirts, and super bargain childrens clothes. One of my favorite resale stores. Make sure you have enough time to shop...tons of inventory.

Not much useful stuff in this location and their prices are not very realistic. Just saw a first generation flat screen TV for $599! You can get a late issue 50 inch LED telly at Best Buy for under 500 nowadays...

75% off on Mondays for items there over 10 days. The whole store is 50% off newer items. Parking lot in front and parking structure next to Pier One. Restroom available. Great bargains.

Not the best organized thrift store, but it makes for great treasure hunting. The staff is friendly and they vary more variety then other stores if youre willing to look.

This place is more about quantity than quality- its HUGE and you really have to dig down, but still a really fun experience. I shop here often.

AL

Huge selection, but high prices on the items that actually have price tags, and most (90%!) things do not have price tags (other than clothes).

Hay objetos que valen la pena, otros son malos

75% of days are what I love the most from this store. Along with the fact that they have an, outrageously huge inventory.

MI

Michael Caruso

This is a big store. If you really root around, you can find high end brands at ultra low prices.

MI

Michael Sommerville

Large selection of clothing. Some days up to 75% off. Cant beat a full suit under 15 bucks.

LI

Lisa Elsner

Good selection most of the time. Prices are right on days when entire inventory is 50% off.
