Hi. I went to the Moreno Valley Goodwill Store location on October 19 2015. The experience was outrageous. All the halloween prices were too overpriced for the good will that the thrift store promotes. This location is in a low-income area, which still shouldnt excuse their prices since the items were donated anyways, however, it is a place for people to easily afford items such as clothes and living necessities. The prices seem to be advocating high-end botique which it is not--it is a thrift store designed to help people who really need the extra aid in their community. The manager at night allowed the item I was interested in buying to be retagged as black instead of blue it originally was (blue was the color of the week). In outside stores, incorrectly marked items are still given to the costumer but the manager would still refuse and said she could reprice the items at anytime. This was unfair and wrong for this to be allowed. I will never shop at any goodwills again nor donate there since the business profits greatly with peoples good intentions. And I will ask my friends and family to do the same. Also, Ill reccomend people not volunteer there. It feels drastic too say but their way of business disgusts me. Thank you for reading.

I (MR. HICKS) went into your store tonight and asked the cashier about a winged angel status with a broken wing. I said the wing was missing and it is chipped and it is 19.00. I noticed a sign for the senior citizen discount (10% = $1.90) since my birthday was at the end of the month. The cashier said NO. I felt that the statue was over priced for its present condition. The clerks were not willing to work with me on the price since the product was damaged. I felt the clerks demonstrated a very poor customer service and poor attitude. I will be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with my bad experience and discourage them for shopping at your store.

Better than the standard fair of what Goodwill shops are. Staff is typically very helpful, sometimes prices are a bit unrealistic. Donation procedure is more "gimme gimme and go" than "Thank you for donating, let me get you an itemized receipt for your taxes"

This Goodwill location is always very clean. The staff is helpful and I can usually leave with something I cant live without without. Although, I have my personal opinion about their prices, they stay consistent and cheaper than their competition.

All the Halloween costumes and Halloween props are ridiculously expensive you might as well go to the Halloween stores and buy them brand new cuz you will pay the same price as you would at the Halloween City store.

I have been thrifting for years. Goodwill use to be a fitting name, however prices are way to high now. They should consider a name change: Goodprofit or Overcharge, perhaps Hostil

Smelled terrible had a disgusting odor and smelled like MARIJUANA! WHAT? Ridiculous HOWEVER if you ignore the smell you might something nice at a good price.

It s a small stored compared to other goodwill stores i ve been to. They have a small section of house stuff. Prices are average...nothing under 1.99.
