Im in a long distance relationship and I really wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a bouquet of flowers. Usually, Id send her flowers by mail but i thought it was about time i give her flowers face to face. So, I called artquest, they were very helpful with my questions and they asked me how much I would be willing to spend and what kind of flowers i wanted. I told him a mixture of flowers would be nice and I needed the flowers asap. To my surprise within 30 minutes this bouquet of flowers were in my hands and they were BEAUTIFUL. Honestly, the best bouquet Ive ever seen. Customer service was great and the owner was really nice. If you want to surprise someone with flowers artquest is the place to go. My girlfriend loved it.

I have been using Art Quest for over 15 years and Ive never been disappointed. Every time I send flowers from here, recipients comment that the arrangement was the most unique and that it lasted longer than any other arrangement they received. The shop is so tiny you will seriously miss it if youre not paying close attention...but the artistry within this tiny shop is like none other in San Diego! I generally order over the phone and although the background noise often sounds hectic, they listen carefully and always provide the best of the best!! Highly recommended!

Made an online order for delivery and was charged the pricey fee, but flowers were never delivered. Called to ask about order and it took forever to get ahold of someone. When I did get ahold of someone, the lady did not speak English and was unable to give me any information about my order saying she "did not know".

The owner of this flower store is a true artist. When you visit him, he will give you the best customer service you can get, he listens to your request and gives great ideas to make your event beautiful!
