My 95 year old momnlaw took her walker in to Jacks - it had a snapped brake cable. She was told the needed part was no longer available so she would be better off buying a new walker. What bull! I took it to a local bike shop and they replaced the cable for $6. With "Medical" in the name, trust should be in the business plan - Jacks failed on this one.

I always appreciate Jacks for their helpfulness and specialty medical supplies. As a nurse, I have needed to call on the pharmacy to confirm or arrange meds for patients, and the knowledgeable staff is always willing to help me, promptly and efficiently. I also know I can always find suppies at Jacks when no one else has it!

The shelves were nearly empty. Looked like they were not renewing their inventory. Wonder if they are going out of business. Nobody was in the front of the store to help, everyone was in the pharmacy. Since I had a back problem it was difficult for me to walk to the back to seek a sales person.

I love Jacks! They actually answer the phone. No prompts! My prescriptions are ready on time. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can find so many other products there that no one else has. Also, my Dr. recommended it for its accuracy. They also deliver which is such a nice option.

Great, old fashioned drug store. The staff know what they are doing and are very helpful. They make deliveries daily the the Tamalpais and I imagine to other retirement communities. Its really a help if youre not mobile.

We provide in-home nursing care and occasionally need supplies that a typical pharmacy does not stock. 9 times out of 10 we can fill our last-minute need at Jacks. Jim is knowledgeable and always very helpful.
