I got my tonsils out last week and used this pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. For some reason the pharmacist decided to ignore what was actually written on my prescription and only gave me half the amount of medication he was supposed to. Four days later Im still in a lot of pain from my surgery and now I have all these hoops to jump through to get the rest of my medication that I should have gotten in the first place. Do NOT use this pharmacy for anything even remotely important.

I cam in at 7am to fill a prescription for 2 antibiotics that I needed asap. They took the order and asked me to comeback in 40 min, after I came back and had to waot some more they informed me that they did not have one of the antibiotics in Stock. They waisted an hour of my time since I had to go to a different pharmacy.

Rude staff at inside drugs. Almost many drugs wont be available they keep transfer prescription to other branches. There was a tall n middle aged person would be there inside drugs mixer and he does not know how to treat customers n very rude fellow.

Made me wait over an hour to be informed that I owed in surplus of 175$ and that they didnt take my insurance (inferred not said). I told them to not fill my scripts if insurance wouldnt cover it. They did anyway. Never going back.

Customer service was great, however, they were down to one can of their brand of icy-hot spray which they gave me at a discount, bit the spray can did not work, so it was not worth the price even at the discount.

The staff here is always friendly (and I have seen the same employees for years!), it is clean, and they always have fun things to discover. I love Bartell Drugs, but especially the one at Crossroads.

Wife is traveling from out of state and has been extremely sick. Urgent care sent a prescription around 7pm and she still does not have her prescription at 9pm for one antibiotic. Terrible service.

Great selection, ample parking, but the pharmacy can be over crowded during peak hours making it extremely slow to get prescriptions if you dont want to come during off hours.

Really, truly shocking selection of stuff at decent prices. My coffee is usually cheaper here than tube grocery store. And hello snack and chocolate aisle!
