Overall its great place to walk in for shopping other stuff, but the pharmacist named Jane over there is the worst one that I have been seen. I went there with my prescriptions and she made me to come for two different times. I left my personal information on the first day for them to check my insurance info, cause I did not received my card yet. Then the first time I stopped by to pick it up, Jane said she was not able to get my insurance information. So I came back and called my insurance company to get all the info she requested. The second time, I went there again, which is today. Everyone else was very nice and helpful, until it was the turn for their pharmacist to tell me the instructions and other things. It was Jane again. And she was so not patient and with every question I asked, she did not give me an answer at all, but just tell me I should read the paper. If thats supposed to be in this way, why should they keep a section for pharmacist to communicate with customers? I do not understand. After she told me that I should read by myself, I said okay and then went to the front casher for getting a bag to put two bottles in. The front casher was very nice and surprised that their pharmacy did not even offer a bag for me. It would be a much better experience, if Bartell could have better or just normal pharmacist with professional work attitude.

This is THE PLACE for terrible selection, prices, and service. Aisles are over-packed with merchandise presumably to allow the clerks on the floor to more effectively dodge customers. If you manage to find something you can settle on (because they dont have what you came in for), then you get to deal with the scowling cashiers that have better things to do than deal with you. Its really unfortunate this is such a bad store because its really close to my office.

Great drugstore in the heart of downtown. We visited this place more than once. Unfortunately, on my last trip to Seattle I had about 10 hours of sleep in 3 days before I went on my trip. This did not start out for a pleasant vacation. I stopped in to this store to get some asparin, snacks, and wipes. I think we ended up stopping by three times during our stay just for standard stuff so that we didnt have to pay the high hotel prices.

3 words..."beer on tap." Bartell on 5th did a major remodel as of this writing. Now you can get your growler filled with some of your local brewery favorites, on rotation. Im talking about you Georgetown Brewing Co. Bartell, I didnt think you could do anything more to make me love you...But I was wrong.

They lied about having faxed my doctor about a prescription.. They lied about having received a response from my doctor. And they just said ok when i told them how frustrated i was. Ill never go back to this Bartell again. Ill be going to the much much better South Lake Union one.

This is the best pharmacy in the state of Washington. The technicians and pharmacists remember me as a customer and treat me like a human being. Its like being in a proper pharmacy in the halcyon days of yore.

Going through a remodel so they dont have as much inventory but I can see it will be a good layout. Still very convenient! Nice staff, especially Pharmacist Mike and Lisa in the pharmacy.

The location is extremely good, especially if you might work for Amazon. Staff and Pharmacists are just as helpful as at other Bartells, despite how busy this one gets sometimes!

This place has it all. Quick grocery items, silly gifts, essentials for your home. Its much more than just a drug store. Be warned though it is almost always very busy!
