Im not pleased at all with Bartell in Bellevue. I had an experience today that I want stopped and Im hoping by a poor review that will change. I was late to go pick up my children because of her lack of skills and bothered by her attitude problem. I bought two LOreal make-up cushions from Bartell Drugs. Without opening up the package, I couldnt tell if I was light or medium. I was told to just get both and to return the one that didnt match. So I purchased both, and today I returned the darker shade. The cashier couldnt do a return so we waited for the manager. I wish I could do two different reviews on this, because I wouldve given the cashier 5 stars and the Manager 1 for her customer service . I dont like to be treated rudely. As a paying customer with a legit receipt I like to be treated with respect . When I did the return I asked for cash back since I didnt have my debit card. I was in a hurry and I had to go pick up the kids. She made it very difficult and refused to give me cash back . Why? What does it matter ? I need to go pick up my kids . Why make it more difficult and make me go clear out to the car to get my card? I had waited in line already for quite a while and waited for a manager . The friendly cashier had to call her multiple times . Her excuse was heavy with attitude as she said that she didnt see anybody up here when she was being paged multiple times. ?? So I waited for this young manager who didnt have customer service skills, to do this transaction. The receipt is right there. Dont give me attitude and dont make me late to be with my family. Hopefully I never have this experience again.

I got my flu shot here. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Theyre super helpful here. I didnt have my insurance card with me and had to pay $35 but the lady said I could come back within a week and theyll try and charge my insurance again.

Easy access, convenient location to grocery shopping and others. The inside is clean, employees are friendly, and it contains a lot of what you would need on an everyday basis!
