Мне нравится. Хоть и маленький магазин, но большой ассортимент. Самый вкусный творожно-маковый пирог. И продавцы приятные, по-крайней мере со мной всегда приветливые. А насчет наших русских магазинов, насчет испорченных и просроченных продуктов - у них не попадались еще, но не застрахованы мы от этого. Я вот на Greenback уже который раз прокаловался! Купил ветчину вчера, а сегодня края заплесневели, ну просто противно, когда тебя за дурака держут - не поленился отвезти. Приняли обратно, выплатили, чек только попросили. Наше советское торгашество ничем не выбьешь. Разве сравнить американский сервис и сервис в русских магазинах Сакраменто?!

Competitively priced authentic Slavic grocery store. Small and cozy, but has all the basic foods that youd traditionally go the Russian store to buy. Great selection of meats, cheeses, cakes, teas and canned goods. Hours are ideal for those last minute late night guest tea gatherings. Customer service is also authentically Russian, and you have to be rrally nice to them to receive good service and the better food (i.e. the fresh meats and cheeses they store in the back refrigerator). Also, they will gift you a free chocolate bar if you spend over $50 (score!). My favorite Slavic grocery store.

I came by they were doing some repairs, which is fine, but while one of the staff or helpers was trying to help me find what I came for, the owner or owners wife in a rude tone said they were closed even though the door was open and they had about 1 hour before advertised closing time, and there was no sign outside saying they were closed early or apology for inconvenience. She obviously doesnt know how to talk to people or do business, so maybe their business needs to be closed.

Very rude owner she treats you like youre nobody and she is the goddess of Russian produce stores in the whole world. Not going there again ever please stay away! There are much better places that are much bigger than this place is literally 5 ft by 5 ft if there is more than 3 people in the store you will not be able to turn around go to Pacific Coast Foods on San Juan and Greenback the best place!!! stay away from Gastronom Kiev.

Cramped store, rude staff, could use a good cleaning. I came in there looking for a particular type of bread and one of the employees looked at me blankly and then just walked off. Her teammate was almost as stunned as I was and tried to fix the situation but it was not the first negative experience Ive had there so I was done.

Great store with big selection of quality groceries, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We always stop here on the way from the Bay Area to the mountains.
