I came there around noon with around 30 or 32 shirt, skirt, two swingpack (one being a Coach bag) and a handbag. I gave them an A on meet and greet. The store itself was clean and had good clothes but the as far it go. There were two other before me so I look around amd that most were the trans and hiper types. I got a little worried because some my clothes are bright and colorful, but dont think to much into it. As soon thire were done with the first to they quickly look though the clothes, talk most of the time and I dont see them check the bag out. It take 10 minutes to call back and told me they dont take any because of style and conditions of the clothes. Some if not most I only wear once because thire were gifted to me and collecting dust in my closet. To top it off they ripe the bag handed off and I had pay them for a bag. Look I get if I tied bags too tightly but they could have asked me to open it for them. People ask if I go to the Roseville one I dont know if I ever go. specially if they following the trance and almost never been worn and they act like the way they did in Midtown.

My experience here was awful! The people who work here are honestly rude. I walked in and an asian guy wearing a black shirt looked at me weird and didnt even bother to say hi. I stood by the counter trying to sell clothes and no one even said anything. I was ignored for about 3 minutes and the girl at the register glanced at me quickly and made me wait. She then came and told me to set my stuff down and to sign in. She called me right back after about 4 minutes. She didnt even look through my stuff. She was very rude! I will not come back here again. I didnt get her name because she had no name tag or anything but she was light skinned with light blue grey contacts I believe. Worst customer service here. My friends told me they had the same situation here and it was horrible for them as well. I felt like I had to come in and try it for myself and so I was told! Never again. Prices here are pretty expensive, some stuff arent even nice looking. Although a couple of things are cheap the workers think they are all that when they are not. Asian guy, and light skin girl are the worst!

This shop has so many great finds. The prices are a little much though. The only thing I dont like is that I could bring in 3 trash bags of brand new, high quality, never worn clothes that are in season, that I want to sell and they will pick 2 things they will buy for $10 total and thats it. It is kind of a joke but $10 is better than $0 I guess.

Rude.rude.rude. found some overpriced fake true religion jeans for $50 but they said they would not buy my true religion jeans without the price tag or recipt because they looked worn? Uhhh.. okay i paid 350 for a pair or worn jeans yes. I love going to these types of places even if im just trading clothes in for something that fits better

Rude service. Dont have but they made us wait 20 minutes just to tell us no. And when u get try approach them at desk they tell u to back off n take a walk around the store when u just first walked in the door. Never going back to them they are just going to waste my time.

Staff is irratating....like dont tell me how many articles of clothing I have only to grabed them from my hands and double check...$11 for a faded black polo? Who is doing the pricing!? There are some good stuff but a bit on the pricey side for used clothing.

I have sold here before and they stay busy with people selling but they try to keep the wait for that down so thats nice but most of the staff is so rude that i dont like being in there for long to shop because nobody is helpful or nice.

Stylish consignment fashion store with a good variety. You can sell clothes here but theyre very picky about quality - they wont accept any items with stitches that even look like they might come loose. Some real treasures here.

A Private User

This is the only clothing exchange store in this whole area that still holds my attention. Best place to randomly find Levis on sale for $11 or less. I vote for Freestyle to take over the area. This company has my full support.

Freestyle clothing is a very friendly and nice shop to get used clothes and new. They even do the bartering system. If you have some old clothes that you would like to trade in with something different good spot to go.

When its time to clean out my closet I sell clothes here, and rummage through to see if they have any unique items. Ive bought 3 pieces from here that Im totally in love with. Great place for the clothes scavenger.

My visiting a place has a lot to do with the reviews I read. After reading the reviews for this store, I will not be visiting. Sounds like management needs to get all new staff, or maybe new management is needed.

Prices have gone up recently, but one can usually find something good for relatively cheap. A little light on mens clothes and shoes recently.

Funky and friendly "thrift" shop with reasonable prices. Great for getting rid of your unwanted clothes.
