So I enter the shop with my girlfriend to get her belly button re-pierced because the first time it came out crooked. As she goes in the shop to sit down and begin the tedious process of piercing again he has her stand up and says " make sure nothing is sticking out " he moves the leggings as to see whats underneath ( which is not necessary because she could do that on her own terms and be private ) he sees more than he needs to. As she sits down he tells me I am being meticulous and that I need to leave when I am just there to support her , and my girlfriend tells me that he touched her butt. Overall UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE

I had a great experience, happy with my tattoo overall...but I was charged $800 for a 2 hour tattoo. That had no color. And when I went to every other shop in the area, they said I got ripped off. I was planning on getting fully tattooed by these guys but if Im going to get ripped off I think not....sad that guys in this industry will take advantage of you. Oh yeah Also didnt finish some lineS which Ill have to get touched up.....really unhappy.

I LOVE capital ink tattoo!!! I was scared to get my first tattoo but they are all welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I got both of my tattoos by BEAU... he is great I love both of my tattoos. he is awesome! i also got my nose piercing here by Irish. Irish is also great and very funny. This is the only place to go!!! they are all great here!!! go check them out you wont want to go anywhere else... <3

I recently got a traditional owl tattoo from an artist named Oak. Im completley happy with the piece and would recommend checking them out. I was done really fast and the whole process was pretty painless. Oak did a wonderful job creating my tattoo and Id definetly get another one from him again.Their prices were fair and the work was fantastic. I couldnt be happier.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop..the owner came to my rescue after an ear trauma before my hs reunion. He was professional, super knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He calmed me down and fixed my ear in a pinch. I was grateful to have found this shop and highly recommend them, especially for any piercings you want done right!

Love Love Love Irish cash and holly doll. They have done most of my pericings and wouldnt really recommend anyone else un sacramento. So welcoming the second you enter the Bad ass shop. I never got a tattoo there but, i heard good things. They always have Friday the 13th tattoos and the line is crazy. So first come first served.

Got my ear pierced by holly it didnt like the shape of my cartilage piercing so they switched it out no problem! This shop is very friendly and helpful their customer service goes above and beyond! I highly reccomend this place over any other shops located in Sacramento!
