Wow...first time Ive ever written a bad review. The MOST unprofessional folks Ive experienced. The female at the counter was blatantly rude and confrontational. I showed up along with my friend who is a breast cancer survivor to commemorate the victory with a tattoo. It was completely my fault for being late and I IMMEDIATELY and humbly apologized. After my apology the female at the counter began to openly berate my friend and I by calling us rude and being crass and indignant. These folks may do great tattoos. I wouldnt know...I bounced! Went across the street to Capital City Tattis with Oak Morgan. Who was professional and did great work. Its about testing people well not just being an artist. Im looking for the owner of this spot. He really needs to counsel those folks.

Outstanding tattoo place!! Lady at the front desk, I think her name was McKenna, was an absolute sweet heart. My sister, brother, wife, sister in law and I all got tattoos from Jake and he did incredible work. Will definitely come back!!

Really nice shop, everyone is friendly, no pressure at all. Larva did my tricep and I LOVE IT! Ive gone to another shop before River City, but I wasnt as happy there as I am with River City. Thats my spot.
