A good place to shop, priced higher than average, but decent selection and quality. Most of the staff is lovely, but I think management could have a little more faith in their regular customers that have been coming forever. I have cancer, and while I absolutely will take the majority of blame, sometimes chemo leaves me really confused, so I have paid for things twice at self check, and I have also forgotten to pay. Thankfully nothing major and Im not saying people probably dont do that on purpose maybe.. but I really dont. What I am saying is that perhaps if some woman is wandering around looking baffled, its likely because she is. Not because she wants to rip off the store she goes to almost every day. So while I know being stolen from (I really do know) feels lousy, they could keep in mind that some people have no interest in doing so and are just sick, or possibly stupid.. and ask, saving the accusations for the blatantly obvious. A decent place to shop. But be on your game because there are a few that love to assume and accuse. Bad enough to make a mistake such as that. Worse to not have the people you see all the time clearly make the judgement that youre stupid enough to make such an embarrassing error on purpose, despite your decades of loyalty and continued business.

I came in one evening, just after 9pm looking to purchase a cake for my wifes birthday. Nothing fancy, literally the exact one she wanted - was in the glass case when you walk in - easiest sale you could make, but... I couldnt find any associates. No kne behind the counters, one the floor (close to our side) and several people at the register. A young girl finally popped her head out from a back room I said "hello -" she cuts me off and yells "were closed!" I then just ask "I just need the cake thats in the glass case, can you boxnit up?" She then just yells again "were closed, theyre closed too" so I say "theres no one who can put that cake, thats made, in a box and sell it to me?" She just says "nope" So I leave my cart and I leave with my daughter and wife. I also work retail, I get there are rules...and someone coming in 2 hours before close gets frustrating as your trying to close up but then get pulled, I get theyre are also levels of customer service that should be met. To tell me at a national grocery store, will not take my business because no one knows how to put a cake in a box - and take my hard earned money to pay for this, rediculous.

as a roseville resident, shopped here from 1988 to 2008, and always loved the produce and the people. had to move to the Peoples Republic of Sacramento in 08. now, that im back at my roseville house, again, i shop at the same Bel Air store, and everyone is still great. the artisan breads and the produce are the best. now that im poorer, however, i shop between S&Final, Safeway, G.Outlet, and Bel Air, as the prices differ greatly for various classes of goods (meats, dairy, produce, frozen, etc.). if i had the money that i once had, foothills blvd Bel Air and dewey dr Safeway would be my exclusive stops.

Ive been going here regularly for three years since it is so close to my house. I am constantly on the hunt for low fat food options (son has special food restrictions). While the do have some availability, I wish they had more options in this area. Staff are friendly most of the time and are always offering to help you out to the car. My only other complaint would be that I have had probably 10 occurrences where I bought food not knowing it had already expired while it was on the store shelf ;( I always check now but my shopping trip takes so much longer.

10/16/2011.... I placed a call to Bel Air and asked for the floral department. I believe I talked to Kay. I asked for a bouquet of balloons for a baby shower. We picked them up a few hours later. They were lovely...extra special with special bits of ribbon. She did a wonderful job. Outstanding job. Thank you, our event was special and we received quality treatment.

Raleys/Bel-Air Nice higher end grocery store. We buy in bulk from Costco but still use bel air as our ggoto local grocery. Did you know Raleys Lincoln CA has there own gas station! Note to Raleys Belair......please replace those crappy unreliable self check out stations!

Great deli, and the produce is good. They have everything you need and probably more. Good selection of organics and gluten free if that concerns you. I havent tried the meat yet, but they do have a butcher on site.

Bell Air has a great selection of quality foods. The people are friendly, but it is a little pricey. You get the good quality for the price, but it seems like other places are a better bargain.
