I want to give it 5 Stars though people who had June 7ths night shift made me feel uncomfortable I wanted to go off but I held my composer. (Lucky them) . Due to their attitude every other night I come the employees are amazing they go out of their way without me even asking very attentive which is what every customer seeks in a business every business owner would appreciate & want correct? Along with being Polite pleasing your customers check me if Im wrong if i tell you thank you I appreciate it. Use your customer satisfaction service skills. It I ask for a product on floor dont tell me theres no more Im not stupid dumb Nor slow. My visions on point. Company GMs they Are not worthy people everywhere looking for a job THAT Are well manerdly Trained. Unlike these dead weights. No to say your managers are""supposed to be ROLE MODELS"PFFHT MISS ME WITH THAT SHHIIEET!

I love the cashiers they are wonderful! I am however constantly disappointed by the frozen section even after the reset to stand up coolers. Why? They are constantly out of Boca Burgers which sadly is the only vegan burger available. I would like to see Food 4 Less have a better selection of plant based foods the way Stater Bros and Ralphs do. Please start carrying Gardein brand and Just Mayo by Hampton Creek to start! Vegan cheese from Daiya would also be great! Lets enable folks to save the environment while saving money!

They have Tofu, but not on menu.. I asked for non sweet tofu.. the chef added veggies and it was one of the best dinners Ive had in a very long time. Did my body good feel. While I waited (lunch time) I witnessed customers come in and order from the precooked, behind the glass food, which looked very good too. The portions were so big that it was hard for them to close the carry out container. I would recommend this place in a second. Try the tofu, non sweet, yummy

This run down grocery store is highly unfriendly to college students!!! I came here for the first time today to buy some onions for my Japanese curry. Instead of being greeted with a "welcome" the lady at the front door scrutinized me and annoyingly told me to put my backpack at an unguarded corner, next to the trash can. Apparently the place has been riddled with crime because it was located at a bad area. Unfriendly employee and poor customer service.

Its a good store with everything you would expect to find in a food 4 less. But the area has not really been cleaned up much. The improvements down the street starting at Victoria Ave. have pushed most of the UNDESIRABLES in to the parking areas of Chicago Ave. & University Ave. This is clean and well stocked dispite how I feel about the area. The UCD student frequently shop here and the Stater bros down the road.

I really hate the bag policy.and it also slows down the checkout process. Trying to guess or even remembering to carry these " " used bags is ridiculous. These bags will still end up on highways and the oceans. So what changed other than to profit off these bags we buy? That goes for most stores, so this is not just for you. There must be a better solution. Thanks A CUSTOMER.

It is a great store! The prices are the best and the employees are the most friendly in town! Yara and her crew are all awesome! It isnt Vons or Stater Bros but the prices are much better and frankly when I bag my own groceries I know my bread wont be squished and my bags wont be too heavy! And I have always had smiling help getting my groceries to my car any time I asked.

Lol I dont know why people are rating this place so badly. If youve got a problem, theres another groccery place across the street. Its food for less, not Vons or Ralphs, but its a pretty good store. The people are nice and the food is good quality and a good price. Only thing that sucks are the lines like OHMYGOSH but its like that at any food for less, really.

Too many homeless people begging and some demanding some change. Young african americans using foul language while in store and parking area. The security people act as they dont see.or.hear anything. Electric carts designated for handicapped are allowed to be used by inconsiderate lazy self righteous people.

Because the manger R. bends over backwards to help customers get items in the store that we want. She will even deal with the red tape of corporate so that you dont have to. I didnt really like Food 4 Less until I met R. Customer service is very important to them

These guys need to have Health Inspection called on them. I go inside the mens room to use the toilet & they dont even have a toilet paper dispenser. All the rolls of toilet paper are resting on the ground next to the wall by the toilet. Absolutely disgusting.

Poorly kept, even by Food 4 Less standards. The produce is below average in quality as well. The Food 4 Less on Van Buren puts this one to shame - to bad this is my closest store. Easy to see what a difference in management can make.

Theres Food but not necessarily for Less. Good quality though, and prices are reasonable. Seems under staffed and a lot of loitering happens here. Be expecting at least 2 people to ask for money in the parking lot.

A standard bulk-purchase Krogers. If you want large amounts of boxed stuff like soda, dog food, etc. at a good price then this place is fine. But the fresh stuff like fruits and vegetables are below average.
