The products on the shelves were very dated, and likely expired. The store was quite dirty. I would not go here for shelved items, but it seems like a good place for produce (prices were low). They also have a small deli and sweets restaurant inside.

This is our go-to spot for Indian food on Moody St. these days. My boyfriends coworker who used to be a chef or something claims its the best. Me? I come for the malai kofta. Oh heelless yes, chickpea balls in most delicious creamy sauce of all time.

They have a lot of essential spices and dry goods for cooking here as well as a deli counter and small veggie and herbs aisle up front. I do Burmese cooking which shares some of the same ingredients as food from the subcontinent. They had it all.

I found items on their shelves...like HORLICKS MALTED(Made in India now) I WONDERED WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM BECAUSE IT USED TO BE #1 IN EVERY SODA FOUNTAIN AND ICE CREAM PARLOUR IN THESE UNITED STATES !!!

Really neat place. Food is fresh. Great refrigerated snack section. Even has a selection of Bollywood movies for rent.
